The love of mother and child is the most precious emotion in the world. This unusual connection is the best gift for each other. This creative research focuses on “Mother-Child Relationship” and “Child’s Growth” as the main content and theme. Through the artistic creation, the author records the family life of the author’s daughter as a mother, depicts the satisfaction of the interaction between mother and child, explores the enthusiasm and vitality, and the eager expectations for the future of parents and children. In the process of research, through the understanding of academic materials and appreciation of Chinese and foreign paintings in ancient and modern times, which provide the connotation and become the nutrients of the final creation.
This paper consists of five chapters. Chapter one “Introduction” describes the research motivation, purpose, content, methods, and structure of the study. In the second chapter, through the relevant literature and reference theories, which illustrate the concept of “the Rhythm of Life”. The love of mother and child is the main connotation of exploration, and then integrate the importance between the theory and the mother-child relationship based on home. The third chapter shows the similarities and differences between the concept of creation and the related reference painters, the possibility of creative practice by seeing, thinking, and painting, appreciating and referring to the creation of mother and child in aesthetics, and then to analyze the creative elements and the comparison of analysis. The fourth chapter compiles paintings with Chinese ink art and thinking about inner thoughts and emotions. The works are divided into two series: “Loving in Eyes” and “Singing the Hope”. The conversion of emotional experience into artistic creation is a manifestation of feeling and as the epiphany of the soul. Chapter five, from the motivation and purpose of research and creation, consider the core content pursued in the creative process, sort out the relevance of academic creation ideas and works, whether they meet the requirements of research methods, and try to list the research results and future reflections.
