現今科技的發達、時代的進步，國際間貿易已深深影響每個人的生活。長期以來都以進出口貿易作為經濟發展的主力的台灣，近年來因政府積極推廣新南向政策，加上中美貿易戰的影響，使台灣與各國間的貿易更加頻繁。然而促進貿易發展重要關鍵就是人力，過去關於外派意願之研究鮮少以即將成為對台灣未來經濟發展有著關鍵性的影響力社會新鮮人的大學生為研究對象，故本研究欲將大學生作為主要研究對象。
綜合上述，本研究欲探討人口屬性變項、生涯定向及家庭因素對於台灣大專院校學生(以下簡稱大學生)海外派遣意願影響，透過問卷調查法藉由社群軟體對大學生發放問卷，326份問卷中以308份有效問卷作為研究樣本並以SPSS統計軟體對研究假設做出描述性統計、因素分析、信度分析、變異數分析及多元迴歸分析。研究結果顯示，生涯定向對於大學生海外派遣意願有顯著影響，調整後R平方值為0.331，其中生涯定向中的創造性、管理性及穩定性對於海外派遣意願有顯著影響。本研究依據上述結論分別提出對於學術面及實務面之建議。

With the development of science, technology, international trade has deeply affected everyone's life. Taiwan, which has always relied on international trade as the main force for economic development, has become more significant in global market in recent years because of the government's active promotion of the new southbound policy and the influence of the U.S.-China trade war. However, the key to promoting trade development is manpower. In the past, few studies on willingness to work abroad have focused on college students who will soon be the future workforce, which will have a key influence on Taiwan’s economic development. Therefore, this research aims to study the factors influencing Taiwanese college students’ willingness to work abroad.
Based on the above, this research intents to explore the influence of demographic variables, career orientation, family factors and on Taiwanese College Students' (here in after referred to as college students) willingness to work abroad. The method of this study is quantitative, using questionnaire survey for collecting data, and distributed the survey through social media. There are 326 collected data in total, 308 of them are valid which are used as research sample. SPSS statistical software was used to analyze descriptive statistics, and test factor analysis, reliability analysis, ANOVA analysis, and multiple regression analysis on the research hypotheses. The results of multiple regression analysis show that career orientation have a significant impact on college students’ willingness to work abroad. The adjusted R-squared value is 0.331. Among them, creativity, managerial and stability in career orientation have a significant impact on willingness to work abroad. Based on the above conclusions, this study makes recommendations for academic and practical aspects.
