本研究是以科技接受模式為架構,探討消費者對行動支付之使用意願,本研究一共回收376份問卷,有效樣本為336份,並運用SPSS20統計分析軟體,對有效樣本進行數據分析,以找出對行動支付影響最大之因素。研究結果顯示信任對消費者使用行動支付與否的關聯性最大,當行動支付能提升自己服務、公司的聲譽以及安全性時,即能提高大眾對行動支付之使用意願;此外,在本研究中也證實知覺易用性和知覺有用性皆會正向影響消費者之使用意願,其中外部變數又以相容性影響最深,表示消費者在使用行動支付的過程中,如果能讓行動支付無形融入消費者生活中時,即能讓消費者感受到行動支付的易用性及實用性,進而增加使用意願。
The study is based on the technology acceptance model and aims to understand the behavioral intention of consumers on using mobile payment. A total of 376 questionnaires were collected in this study, and 336 valid samples were used. Using SPSS20 Statistics analysis software, data analysis was performed on the valid samples to find the factors that have the greatest impact on mobile payments. The results show that trust is highly correlated with consumers’ behavioral intentions on mobile payment. When companies of mobile payment can improve their services, reputation and security, they can increase the public's willingness to use mobile payment. In addition, the paper also indicates that both the perceived ease of use and the perceived usefulness will positively affect consumers’ intention to use mobile payment. And the compatibility have a highly effect on perceived ease of use and the perceived usefulness.
