本研究主要討論在台灣航空業於財務規劃策略上之決策，並以「投資策略」、「籌資策略」、「營運資金運用與管理策略」與「租賃策略」共四個策略構面分析。研究期間為2015-2019 共五年，研究對象以國籍航空之上市公司中華航空與長榮航空為個案研究。

研究結果顯示，投資策略方面：航空公司機隊配置將會影響公司營運面上的飛機設備營運能力、運用毛效益與運用淨效益。而航機維護與維修的投入也會提升飛機適航效益與公司獲利。籌資策略方面：兩航空公司股本以透過現金增資、盈餘轉增資與公司債轉換等模式增加股本。其中，華航現金增資逐年微幅增加，長榮航則是盈餘轉增資比例逐年的增加。在保留盈餘與資本公積皆屬長榮航表現較佳。營運資金運用與管理策略方面：兩航空公司於現金轉換週期上為逐年的進步。租賃策略方面：於飛機購置策略上，華航以租賃方式比例逐漸增加，而也因獲利較有起伏，於長短期購置飛機資金上壓力較長榮航高。長榮航則長期以租賃比例為多。歷年來長榮航於經營獲利上也較為穩定，至目前此策略模式還是呈現獲利之情形。

This paper studies the decisions making on the financial planning strategies with four aspects, including investment strategy, financing strategy, working capital management, and aircraft leasing strategy in Taiwan airline industry.

The research investigates their performance of two airline companies from 2015 to 2019. The research subjects discover China Airlines and EVA Airlines, which are publicly listed companies in national aviation industry. The results of the study show that the configuration of airline fleets would affect the operational capabilities, gross profit and net benefit of aircraft equipment on the company’s state of operation in the investment strategy. Also, the investment in aircraft maintenance and repair would improve the airworthiness of the aircraft and the company's profitability. In financing strategy, the two airlines' share capital increased by cash capital increase, surplus capital increase and corporate debt conversion. The capital increase of China Airlines increased slightly year by year. On the other hand, EVA Airlines increased the proportion of surplus to capital increase year by year. EVA Airlines performed better than China Airlines in retaining surplus and capital reserves. In the working capital management strategy, the two airlines have made progress year by year in the cash conversion cycle. In the aircraft leasing strategic aspects, there are a number of important differences between China Airlines and EVA Airlines. China Airlines has gradually ups and downs in profits adopted the increasing proportion of leases in aircraft purchase strategy. China Airlines is facing much more pressure on long-short-term aircraft purchase funds than EVA Airlines which has a long-term lease ratio. EVA Airlines has also been showed a profitable situation in operating profit over the years result from this strategic model.
