根據我國自1995年消防署成立統計，緊急救護工作消耗消防人員的工作量能最為驚人，其中車禍救護案件送醫平均每年高於三十萬人次。以有效的方法來預測車禍救護案件數量變化將是相當值得去研究的課題。本研究以我國消防局高雄某區車禍救護出勤次數為樣本，蒐集民國104~108共五年每週的車禍出勤數據，用來測試評估五種預測方法：類神經網路、移動平均法、線性回歸分析與指數平滑法的效能。最後再以常見的誤差檢驗方法去驗算檢查這些方法用於預測車禍救護案件數預測準確度。經由實驗的結果發現類神經網路具有較低的預測誤差，因此本研究成果可用於預測看似隨機發生的車禍救護案件數，有助於緊急救護的資源分配。

According to the statistics since the establishment of the fire department in 1995, emergency rescue work consumes the most astonishing workload of firefighters. On average, more than 300,000 people in the car accident rescue cases are sent to hospital each year. Effective methods to predict changes in the number of car accident rescue cases will be a topic worthy of research. This study uses cases of car accident response in a certain district of Kaohsiung Fire Department as a sample. By collecting the data of weekly responses for car accidents in five years from 2015 to 2019, the study tests and evaluates the effectiveness of five prediction methods: Neural Network, Moving Average, Linear Regression Analysis, and Exponential Smoothing. Finally, common error checking methods are used to check the accuracy of these prediction methods for predicting the number of car accidents and ambulance rescue cases. The result of the experiment found that the Neural Network has a lower prediction error. Therefore, the results of this research can be used to predict the number of car accident rescue cases which appears to occur randomly, and it is helpful for the resource allocation of emergency rescue.
