本研究旨在探討國小音樂教師工作壓力、工作滿意度與身心不適關係之間影響的情形,藉由問卷調查法,以六都直轄市內的國民小學音樂教師為研究對象,總共問卷發出270份,共計回收208份有效問卷,有效回收率77.03%。經由統計分析,歸納出以下結論:
ㄧ、教師整體而言,國小音樂教師壓力程度屬於中等程度;整體工作滿意度為中等偏高程度;而身心不適屬中等程度。
二、國小音樂教師擔任行政職務在工作壓力呈現顯著較高,而在工作滿意度則呈現顯著較低。
三、年齡40(含)以上之國小音樂教師有顯著高的睡眠障礙,而未婚之國小音樂教師則有顯著高的憂鬱症狀及認知壓力等身心不適。
四、國小音樂教師之工作壓力與工作滿意度具顯著中度的負相關,而工作壓力與身心不適(睡眠障礙、憂鬱症狀、身軀壓力、認知壓力)則具有顯著中度的正相關。
五、國小音樂教師之工作滿意度在工作壓力對身心不適之關係間無中介效果。

根據上述研究結果加以討論,並提出具體建議以作為國小音樂教師、教育相關單位及後續研究參考。


This study aimed to examine job stress, job satisfaction, and psychosomatic disorders among elementary music teachers. A questionnaire was developed to collect data from elementary music teachers in six municipalities in Taiwan (Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung, Hualien, Taitung). Overall, a total of 270 questionnaires were distributed, and 208 valid questionnaires were returned. The response rate was 77.03%. Statistical analyses reveal the following findings:
1. In general, elementary music teachers experienced a moderate level of job stress, a moderate-to-high level of job satisfaction, and a moderate level of psychosomatic complaints.
2. Elementary music teachers who assume administrative duties were more like to experience a higher level of job stress and a lower level of job satisfaction.
3. Elementary music teachers who were aged 40 and older are more likely to experience sleep disorders; while unmarried teachers were more likely to experience psychosomatic disorders such as depression and cognitive stress.
4. We found a moderate negative association between job stress and job satisfaction among elementary music teachers; while there was a moderate positive association between job stress and psychosomatic disorders, including sleep disorders, depression, physical stress, and cognitive stress.
5. The job satisfaction of elementary music teachers had no mediation effect on the association of job stress with psychosomatic disorder.

Findings from this study provided evidence to elementary music teachers and education agencies and inform future research.
