近年來體育賽事蓬勃發展,許多大型公司和城市都爭相舉辦馬拉鬆比賽,以增加運動氛圍並吸引人們參加,這不僅使人們更加健康,且為公司或城市政府創造了巨大的市場。但是高強度和長距離慢跑給沒有運動習慣或有慢性病史的人帶來巨大風險。我們不僅設計一種用於道路行駛活動的運動安全監控的產品服務系統,還創建一個吸引人們參加馬拉鬆比賽平台。我們已經知道公理設計在復雜的工業和軟件系統設計中的用途,因此我們想測試公理設計是否可以用來幫助開發這個複雜的產品服務系統。這項研究使用公理化設計,幫助我們在設計的早期對這個系統進行分析和解構,定義出用戶要求,功能要求和必需的設計參數。在完成PSS的基本結構後,接著優化產品功能和系統界面。在整個研究的過程中我們發現,公理化設計可以幫助設計師快速的釐清複雜的產品服務架構,也能在得知使用者回饋意見後,快速進行設計修正,公理化設計所設計出來的產品服務系統也在跑者的回饋以及系統易用性尺度量表(SUS)的回饋中,給予高度的評價(平均83分),說明了使用公理化設計於產品服務系統設計中是可行且合適的。
As sports events have flourished in recent years, a number of large firms and cities have organized marathons to enhance the trends of sport. These events always attract many participants, promoting not only a healthy lifestyle, but also a tremendous niche to the organizers. However, high-intensity and long-distance jogging have huge risks to those who have no exercise habits or have a history of chronic diseases. To reduce the risks and increase the attractiveness, this study designs a product-service system for sports safety monitoring of road running activities to create a system that attracts people to join the marathon. The design method used is axiomatic design (AD), which have been successfully applied to complex industrial and software system designs, and is worth examining its application to complex product-service system (PSS). Using the AD process, this study starts with discovering the customer needs, and then transforms them to functional requirements, develops the mapping from the requirements to design parameters, and finally ends with prototyping and optimizing the PSS based on the target users’ feedback. Major features of the PSS are the safety monitoring during jogging as well as the simple and quick registration procedure. The usability of the PSS, measured by systematic usability scale (SUS), is excellent (83%). Advantages of application of AD to the PSS design include the systematic methods for the designer to determine the design parameters and the informative diagrams for the users to participate in the design process.
