隨著車輛產業全球化時代的來臨與減少溫室氣體排放的效應,聯合國針對汽車的認證檢測調和出WLTP(Worldwide harmonized Light vehicles Test Procedure)輕型汽車測試程序,欲藉由共同的測試程序來加速全球汽車產業的發展,而我國現行汽車能源效率及污染檢測除採納歐盟ECE R83 NEDC(New European Driving Cycle)檢測規範之外,也會導入WLTP檢測程序,採取雙軌方式執行檢測認證。所以本研究探討在ECE R83 NEDC 與GTR 15 WLTP兩種測試規範下的程序,對於輕型汽油小客車的燃料消耗與污染測試結果之影響。
從實驗數據發現,WLTP會比NEDC耗油以及整體污染排放較高,而主要影響因素為WLTP的測試質量、阻力與行車型態設定條件較NEDC嚴苛,其中又以測試質量與阻力對於耗能與污染影響較大。

The United Nations has harmonized Worldwide harmonized Light vehicles Test Procedure (WLTP) for automotive certification testing, hoping to accelerate the development of the global automotive industry through a common test procedure and further achieve the goal of greenhouse gas reduction.
In Taiwan, the current automotive fuel consumption and emission certification will be carried out in a dual-track manner using the NEDC (New European Driving Cycle, ECE R83) and WLTP (Worldwide harmonized Light vehicles Test Procedure, GTR 15) testing procedures.
This study discusses the difference between the NEDC and WLTP test procedures in the fuel consumption and emission test results of light gasoline passenger cars. From the experimental data, it is found that the overall fuel consumption and emission results of WLTP will be higher than that of NEDC. The main influencing factors such as vehicle test mass, road load and driving cycle configuration are stricter in WLTP than NEDC, where test mass and road load have more influence on the results than other factors.
