近年來,隨著電動車電池的技術進步,越來越多的人使用電動車,同時也帶動了整個電動車產業的蓬勃發展。然而在電動車電池的部分,目前的解法不夠完善,以電動機車為例,目前電池交換的模式,有同時購買月租費,再加上超過里程數額外計價的方式進行,也有只計算里程進行計價的方式,計價模式極為複雜;關於電池管理的部份,由於電池品質管理不易,對於電池這類消耗品的賠償或更換模式不透明。
因此本研究提出一個基於區塊鏈之電動車電池交換平台,預期透過該平台,可以追蹤每顆電池的使用狀況,同時結合虛擬貨幣,讓使用者能夠及時的進行交易,並且藉由區塊鏈的技術,任何資訊皆不會被竄改,有助於賠償事宜。

In recent years, with the enhanced technology of electric vehicle batteries, more and more people start to use electric vehicles, which has driven a vigorous development in the entire electric vehicle industry. However, the current solution about battery exchange model is not suitable enough for the battery of electric vehicle users. Taking electric locomotive for example, the current battery exchange model, which is quite complicated, can be either a monthly rental adding extra fee calculated by extra mileage or rental fee simply based on the users’ mileage. For battery management, it is not easy to control the batterys’ quality, and the compensation and replacement for consumables such as batteries is also not clear enough.
Therefore, this study proposes a blockchain-based electric vehicle battery exchange platform. It is expected that through this platform, usage status of each battery can be tracked. Meanwhile, users are allowed to conduct real-time transactions by using virtual currency. And through the blockchain technology, any information will not be tampered with, which will help simplify and transparentize the compensation procedure.
