Therefore, with the development of enterprise scale, there will be more and more complicated situation in the management of Taiwan companies and mainland companies, including the differences in the use of simplified and traditional typefaces. There must be cultural differences and difficulties in management. This study mainly discusses how to improve business management performance by introducing ERP system into enterprises. Most of the traditional small and medium-sized mechanical and electrical companies adopt manual form management mode. The standardized management system of the research object company is relatively stable due to its long history, but it still needs to plan and design according to local conditions, more timely and efficient methods to import EPR resources Information system hopes to promote ERP online operation to improve some blind spots in manual operation process and the risk of file loss, so as to improve the management and control efficiency and business performance of the company. This study will discuss the case company's introduction of ERP through expert interview and SWOT analysis. In the process of introduction, we will learn from the experience of the experts' predecessors, which can reduce the deviation and achieve faster and more efficient introduction, and contribute to the improvement of enterprise operation. For business operators, ERP system has been successfully introduced to integrate all internal departments of the enterprise, including business, engineering, design and budget, procurement, finance, personnel, general affairs, manufacturing and production, and quality control processes, so as to improve the efficiency of the enterprise. Various statistical data statements provided by the system can help the operators quickly understand the operation status and provide decision-making of the operators direction and management policy, finding and solving problems in advance, quick response to make risk assessment, reducing and avoiding the occurrence of enterprise crisis, and correct decision-making can definitely help enterprises improve business performance.
