到目前為止，機械手臂已經廣泛地運用在各個工廠的自動化產線上，而業界在機械手臂末端使用的端效器大部份為真空吸盤或氣壓夾爪或是單一自由度之夾爪，除了只能抓取單一特定工件，在進行產線變更時就無法繼續使用。本文基於現代自動化產線需求，研發一具七自由度三爪式機械夾爪，並結合自行設計之連桿來驅動夾爪末端，增加其確動性，再配合模擬人體肌膚所研發之壓剪力感測器，除了能夾取普通的工件或是零組件之外，也能應對形狀較小、材質較脆弱或是外型複雜的零組件來協調各關節之出力，並且變更姿態進行夾取，進行上下料等任務。而本研究之機械夾爪也能應用於裝配，不管是二爪姿態或是三爪姿態，夾爪皆可以在不控制手臂之情況下，對物品進行平移或是角度變化，以增加裝配之成功率。而在產線變更時，只要更改程式就能快速配合進行夾取。另外，因應自動化產線常有油水及粉塵的場合，所以將機構及感測器排線等包覆且進行IPX3防潑水設計。

Nowadays , the robot arm has been widely used in the automated production lines of various factories. The end effectors used at the end of the robot arm in the industry are mostly vacuum suction cups or pneumatic grippers or single-degree of freedom grippers. It only can grab a single specific workpiece and cannot continue to use it when changing the production line. Based on the needs of modern automated production lines, this article develops a seven-degree-of-freedom three-claw mechanical gripper, and combines the self-designed linkage to drive the end of the gripper to increase its accuracy, and cooperate with the pressure-shear sensor developed by the simulation of human skin, in addition to clamping ordinary workpieces or components, can also respond to components with small shapes, fragile materials or complex shapes to coordinate the output of each joint, and change the posture to clamp for tasks such as loading and unloading. The mechanical jaws in this study can also be used for assembly. Whether it is a two-jaw posture or a three-jaw posture, the jaws can translate or change the angle of the item without controlling the arm to increase the success of the assembly rate. When the production line is changed, as long as the program is changed, it can quickly cooperate with the gripping. In addition, due to the oil and water and dust occasions in the automated production line, the mechanism and sensor cable are covered and the IPX3 water splash design is carried out.
