虛擬桌面係將傳統PC分散式的計算模式，透過網際網路連線方式，基於虛擬化架構的雲端運算創新科技健全發展環境之下，企業採用虛擬桌面技術來部署個人作業電腦使用的桌面，除了提供企業簡化管理龐大的個人電腦桌面數量、提升資訊設備安全性之外，充分利用硬體運算資源效率、減少重複成本投入等等相對效益與優勢，讓企業紛紛投入評估與採用。本研究旨在探討金融企業資訊主管在選擇採用虛擬桌面取代傳統個人電腦的關鍵決策，本研究以先蒐集相關文獻資料，彙整相關因素後，制定修正式德菲法問卷，執行專家問卷調查篩選出專家一致性的關鍵因素後，再以AHP分析因素權重，得到影因素的總體權重與各別因素權重值。
本研究分析結果顯示：TOE架構分析下，(1)組織構面的高階主管支持的因素是影響金融業採用虛擬桌面的重要因素；(2)符合法規的要求因素在普遍專家認為較不顯著，如能加強必能達到創新科技技術應用的效果。
期望透過本研究的結論能提供給金融業在未來採用虛擬桌面的採用決策上有評估依據。促使金融業在導入虛擬桌面時能夠掌握影響因素，使專案順利推動。

Virtual Desktop is a traditional PC decentralized computing model, through the Internet connection, based on the cloud computing innovation technology based on the virtualization architecture and a sound development environment, enterprises use Virtual Desktop technology to deploy desktops for personal operation computers, in addition to In addition to providing enterprises with simplified management of the huge number of personal computer desktops, improving the security of information equipment, taking full advantage of the relative benefits and advantages of hardware computing resource efficiency, reducing repeated cost investment, etc., companies have invested in evaluation and adoption. This study aims to discuss the key decision-making of financial enterprise information directors when choosing to use virtual desktops to replace traditional personal computers. In this study, firstly collect relevant literature and materials, and then aggregate relevant factors, formulate a Delphi Method questionnaire, and perform expert questionnaires to select After performing the expert questionnaire to select the key factors of expert consistency, the weights of the factors are analyzed by AHP to obtain the overall weight of the shadow factor and the weight of each factor.
The analysis results of this study show that under the analysis of the TOE architecture, (1) the factors supported by high-level executives of the organizational facet are important factors that affect the adoption of virtual desktops in the financial industry. (2) Factors that meet the requirements of laws and regulations are generally considered to be less significant by experts. If it can be strengthened, it can achieve the effect of innovative technology application.
It is hoped that the conclusions of this study can provide the financial industry with an evaluation basis for the decision to adopt virtual desktops in the future. To encourage the financial industry to grasp the influencing factors when importing virtual desktops, so that the project can be promoted smoothly.
