臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究志在瞭解國內非營利組織與公部門在公共政策上之協力模式，同時並解析其潛在價值，並就研究成果彰顯其存在涵義，以改善目前政策治理之走向。本研究設計分為四個部分，首先針對研究的設定對象進行個案介紹；並分別以「文獻分析法」、「次級資料分析法」、「個案研究法」及「深度訪談法」進行研究。再運用研究架構針對本研究之目的與問題尋求解答。本研究認為，個案在協力治理模式中，與公部門在政策推動過程中，在Ansell與Gash所提的協力過程五大構面，即「面對面對話」、「信任建立」、「對過程的承諾」、「共享的理解」與「即刻的結果」中皆呈現良好的交互影響，使協作模式得以正向且積極的發展。未來可朝其他的變項，酒駕肇事者的觀點，不同縣市或領導者下的協力差異進一步探討。

This research aims to understand the synergy model of domestic non-profit organizations and the public sector in public policy, at the same time and analyze its potential value, and highlight the existence of the research results to improve the current direction of policy governance. The design of this study is divided into four parts. First, case studies are conducted on the set targets of the study; and the research is conducted with “document analysis method”, “secondary data analysis method”, “case study method” and “in-depth interview method”. Then use the research framework to seek answers to the purpose and questions of this research. This study believes that the case is in the collaborative governance model, and the public sector in the process of policy promotion, in the five aspects of the collaborative process proposed by Ansell and Gash, namely “face-to-face dialogue”, “trust building”, “commitment to the process” , “Shared Understanding” and “Immediate Results” all exhibit good interaction effects, enabling a positive and positive development of the collaboration model. In the future, we can further explore other variables, the views of the perpetrators of drunk driving, and the differences in cooperation between different counties or leaders.
