隨著時代的進歩,商業的高度發展到現在的電子商務都考驗著物流業如何藉由科技的輔助,創新的科技,新穎的服務,來增加使用者的滿意度及再使用的意願。
本研究探討智能櫃使用者的再使用意願,並透過整理過去有關物流及電子商務特性相關文獻,歸納出影響智能櫃再使用意願之相關因素。相關文獻中,少有採用智能櫃來探討使用者之再使用意願,本研究延伸相關變數,以讓此智能櫃的情境上更加完整。
本研究是使用問卷調查法,利用Google所提供的網路問卷系統做為本研究發放問題問卷之網路平台,針有使用過智能櫃的一般社會大眾作為研究的對象,回收有效問卷281份。本研究使用SPSS 20進行第一階段敘述統計及測量信度分析,第二階段使用Smart PLS 3.0軟體進行效度分析及結構模型假說檢定分析。
研究結果發現:(1)便利性正向影響滿意度。(2)隱私顧慮負向影響信任。(3)滿意度正向影響信任。(4)心理風險負向影響信任。(5)時間風險負向影響信任。(6)滿意度正向影響再使用意願。(7)信任正向影響再使用意願。
智能櫃再使用意願研究結論,可以幫助業者做為設置建構及改善智能櫃並確立營運模式之參考。
With the advancement of the times, the high degree of business development and the current e-commerce are all testing how the logistics industry can increase user satisfaction and willingness to reuse with the aid of technology, innovative technology, and innovative services.
This study explores the re-use willingness of smart cabinet users, and summarizes the relevant factors that affect the re-use willingness of smart cabinets by sorting out the relevant literature on the characteristics of logistics and e-commerce in the past. In the relevant literature, few use smart cabinets to discuss users' willingness to reuse. This study extends related variables to make the situation of this smart cabinet more complete.
This research uses the questionnaire survey method, using the online questionnaire system provided by Google as the network platform for distributing questionnaires for this study. The general public who have used smart cabinets as the research object, collected 281 valid questionnaires. In this study, SPSS 20 was used for the first stage of statistical and measurement reliability analysis, and in the second stage, Smart PLS3.0 software was used for validity analysis and structural model hypothesis verification analysis.
The study found that: (1) Convenience positively affects satisfaction. (2) Privacy concerns negatively affect trust. (3) Satisfaction positively affects trust. (4) Negative psychological risks affect trust. (5) Time risk negatively affects trust. (6) Satisfaction positively affects willingness to reuse. (7) Trust positively affects the willingness to reuse.

The conclusion of smart cabinet reuse intention research can help the industry as a reference for setting up and improving smart cabinets and establishing business models.
