The purpose of this case study is to investigate the GMWP in equipment management how to deliver effective, low cost maintenance services in RHT company. This work process includes methods for assuring strategic alignment of maintenance priorities, continuously improving reliability through data collection, visiting, observation and the supportive factors intervention model of learning organization such as organizational culture, organizational structure, leadership, and so on. To support researcher and related industries to improve maintenance work management opportunities.
According to the research framework, the implementation team was first established to clarify the roles and responsibilities of the group, establish the primary goals from the self-assessment, specify the performance goals through maintenance strategies, and conduct reliability gap assessments by improving reliability methods to close the gap. The sub-processes have established clear execution specifications, and use meeting tools and performance tracking mechanisms to effectively grasp the execution status during the execution process. The annual general goal review meeting lists the specific practices of outstanding projects and root cause analysis of unachieved goals and proposes opportunities for improvement as the setting of the new annual performance goals. Finial, from the internal factors of the organization, external environmental factors and activity process framework to analyze the key factors for the success of the case. In the culture of continuous improvement of reliability, researcher has some feedback and suggestions for site and related industries to performing value added maintenance and preventing unanticipated failures.
