在日常生活中,容易為了操作方便或感到舒適而以不良姿勢進行活動,像是習慣性使用單一側肩膀背背包、趴著午睡、翹二郎腿等等,若長時間維持不良的姿勢,容易會造成身體的結構不平衡或姿態歪斜的症狀發生,特定的肌群就會有緊繃、乏力、疼痛…等症狀。
為了讓民眾可以了解自身姿態是否有傾斜的狀況發生,進而去改善自身的不良姿勢,以預防日後造成的肌肉或骨骼的傷害,因此,本研究提出雲端姿態檢測與資訊整合平台,讓使用者可以透過本研究所開發的軟體進行姿態的檢測,了解身體的外觀是否有歪斜的情形發生,並記錄分析後的量測數值,讓使用者可以隨時觀察自身的姿態數據,以用於使用者進行運動或日常習慣的調整。另外,本研究開發的影像比較功能,讓使用者能夠與自身或專業人士的姿勢影像進行比較,觀察自身的運動過程是否有需修正的地方,進而調整自己的運動姿勢。
In daily life, people tend to perform activities in the incorrect posture so as to feel comfortable or convenient, such as using single-shoulder backpack habitually, napping with head resting on arms and crossing legs. If you keep a poor posture for a long time, it is easy to cause symptoms of structural imbalance or skewed posture. Specific muscle groups will have symptoms such as tension, fatigue, pain and so on.
In order to let people know whether the posture is tilted and improve their incorrect posture to prevent future damage for muscles or bones. Therefore, this research proposes a cloud platform for posture detection and information integration. It can allow users to perform posture detection through software which developed to detect whether the human body is skewed or not. In addition, the measurement values are recorded after analyzing. Users can observe their posture data at any time and adjust the exercise for users or daily habits. Moreover, the image comparison function developed to allow users to compare with their own, or images of professional person’s posture, observe whether they need to be corrected during exercise and adjust their exercise posture.
