臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

由於，台灣的製造業面臨許多的競爭與新冠肺炎的影響，過去的績效評估模型並不一定適合在這個多變的時代評估製造企業的績效，本研究收集相關專家的意見與文獻並利用層級分析法建構一個新的製造業績效評估模型(內涵4大構面13個指標)，並以台灣某知名企業為研究個案進行分析，研究結果顯示，個案企業在其產業中之經營績效居於第2的位子。

Because Taiwan's manufacturing industry faces many competitions and the impact of COVID-19, past performance evaluation models are not necessarily suitable for evaluating the performance of manufacturing companies in this changing era. This study collected the literature and relevant opinions from experts and used a hierarchical analysis Method to construct a new manufacturing performance evaluation model (contains 4 major aspects and 13 indicators), and analyzes a well-known company in Taiwan as a research case. The research results show that the business performance of the case company ranks second in its industry seat.
