乳化型粉底產品的主要功能有校正膚色、遮掩瑕疵、給予臉部不同的視覺觀感等,這些功能與產品與所含粉體有偌大的關係,然而粉體對於乳化產品的穩定性及黏度有一定的影響,保持產品外觀的一致性對消費者評價產品優劣極為關鍵。
本研究將粉體添加於W/O型及O/W型兩種乳化劑型中,利用粉體及添加濃度不同作為變數,藉由溫度及離心試驗加速產品老化,對樣品進行粒徑分析、黏度測試及色澤測試後探討粉體對乳化化粧品的穩定性。
研究結果顯示:(1)當粉體添加量為8%時,配方經老化後平均粒徑與粉體添加量3%時僅有些微差異。(2)含粉體配方之黏度與粉體粒徑及粉體型態具有相關性。當粉體粒徑越小其配方黏度越高;片狀型態黏度大於球狀型態。(3)含粉體配方與未含粉體配方相比色差程度皆在有感色差以上,則粉體於配方中能有效達到修飾效果。
本研究提供粉體於乳化化粧品配方中的穩定性,經篩選後,含粉體較穩定的配方為ASN3及BSF3,做為開發產品之參考依據。

Emulsion type foundation product main function is correct color of skin, conceal flaws, give face different visual impressions, etc., and these capabilities and product powder has a big relationship, however powder for is of certain influence to the stability and viscosity of emulsion products, maintain the consistency of product appearance on consumers' evaluation of product quality is critical.
In this study, powders were added into W/O type and O/W type emulsifying dosage forms. Using different powders and adding concentrations as variables, the aging of products was accelerated by temperature and centrifugal test. After particle size analysis, viscosity test and color test of samples, the stability of powders on emulsified cosmetics was discussed.
The results showed that :(1) when the powder content was 8%, the average particle size of the aging formula was only slightly different from that of the powder content was 3%.(2) The viscosity of formula containing powder is correlated with particle size and powder type.The smaller the particle size of the powder, the higher the viscosity of the formula.The viscosity of sheet type is greater than that of spherical type.(3) the color difference between the powder containing formula and the powder containing formula is above the color difference, then the powder in the formula can effectively achieve the modification effect.
This study provides the stability of powder in emulsifying cosmetics formulation. After screening, ASN3 and BSF3 are the stable formulations containing powder, which can be used as reference for the development of products.
