本研究主要在探討職業軍人組織精簡知覺對於工作不安全感、疏離感與組織忠誠度之關聯性,經由相關文獻探討及問卷調查方式針對組織精簡知覺、工作不安全感、疏離感與組織忠誠度之間相互影響關係執行分析,並分別針對不同國軍成員背景變項,在組織精簡知覺、工作不安全感、疏離感與組織忠誠度的差異加以探討,並藉由SPSS統計軟體分析研究,以從中了解現況情形與其間相關程度、因果關係,最後嘗試對這些變項因素之影響進行假設驗證。
本研究係採用問卷調查法,以空軍屏東基地軍人為研究對象,編製「組織精簡知覺對於工作不安全感、疏離感與組織忠誠度關係之研究問卷」進行調查,抽取國軍部隊人員共150位為樣本,蒐集之資料以敘述性分析、差異性分析、信度與效度分析、相關分析、迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析與處理,並得到以下結論:
一、組織精簡知覺對工作不安全感及疏離感有顯著的負向關係。
二、組織精簡知覺對組織忠誠度具顯著正向關係。
三、工作不安全感對工作疏離感具顯著正向關係。
四、工作疏離感對組織忠誠度具顯著負向關係。
五、工作不安全感對組織忠誠度不具顯著關係。
This study is to investigate the relationship between job insecurity, alienation and organizational loyalty among perceived organizational downsizing of the soldiers. By means of related literature review and questionnaire survey, the researcher analyzes the effects of perceived organizational downsizing, job insecurity, alienation and organizational loyalty. According to different backgrounds of the sodiers, the study adopts SPSS to analyze the relationship between perceived organizational downsizing, job insecurity, alienation and organizational loyalty. From the research, we can understand the current situation, the relevance and the causality, and then try to verify the hypothesis of the influence between these variable factors.
This research adopts a questionnaire survey method and takes the soldiers in Pingtung Airbase as the research objects. The total of 150 questionnaires from the soldiers were collected. The collected data were analyzed and processed by statistical methods such as narrative analysis, difference analysis, reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results of this study are summarized as follows:
1.The perception of organizational simplification has a significant negative effect on job insecurity and alienation.
2.The perception of organizational simplification has a significant positive effect on organizational loyalty.
3.The job insecurity has a significant positive effect on job alienation.
4.The job alienation has a significant negative effect on organizational loyalty.
5.The job insecurity has no significant effect on organizational loyalty.
