本論文藉由研究日本那霸青年會議所領導的優勢與特色,以發現其在觀念和作法有何關鍵因素,使其深受民眾、政府的支持,並擁有眾多會員成為沖繩地區第一大分會。本研究使用質性研究的半結構式訪談法,以那霸青年會議所為例訪談多位理事長,探討他們的經營方式與理念,並採用主題代碼分析比對相關文獻,瞭解其領導卓越之原因與做法。研究發現,優秀的非營利組織領導者首重內在素質,目標清楚以利他主義為中心,能關懷會員且真心相待,將自身熱情渲染給會員。並且,研究也發現,該青商會領導力的訓練以常規課程為基礎,再輔以實務上的操作實踐、累積領導的經驗。在領導方法上,則是以身作則、明確的責任歸屬與彈性決策,並以充份信任授權支持為方法,以共同發展的目標營造分會向心力,藉此吸引與留住會員,同時再結合其他組織深入社區為社會貢獻,對政府發揮影響力並受到公眾認可。
This thesis studies the advantages and characteristics of the leadership of the Naha Junior Chamber in Japan to discover the key factors in their concepts and practices, so that they will be supported by the people and the government, and have many members to become the largest chapter in Okinawa.
This study uses the semi-structured interview method of qualitative research, taking the Naha JCI as an example to interview a number of presidents, discussing their management methods and concepts, and using pattern code analysis to compare relevant literature to understand the reasons for their excellence.
The study found that excellent leaders of non-profit organizations focus on internal quality, with clear goals centered on altruism, caring for members, treating each other sincerely, and infectious their enthusiasm. In addition, the research also found that the leadership training of the Naha JCI is based on regular courses, supplemented by practical operational and accumulated leadership experience. In terms of leadership methods, it is to lead by example, clear responsibility attribution and flexible decision-making, and fully trust and authorize support, with the goal of common development, strengthen the cohesion within the branch, so as to attract and retain members. At the same time, in conjunction with other organizations, go deep into the community to contribute to society, exert influence on the government and be recognized by the public.
