The purpose of this study was to research the influences on the team cohesion and job performance by the differences between subordinate and supervisor coaching leadership. In the progress of researching, we invited the subordinates and the supervisors from a life insurance company from Taichung, Changhua and Nantou as our research subjects to do the study with the convenience sampling of the questionnaire method. And the proportion between supervisors and sales representatives was one to two. Moreover, the content in the questionnaire included the personal information, the differences between the subordinate and supervisor coaching leadership, the team cohesion and the job performance. Furthermore, the valid sample in this study should include the questionnaires from a supervisor and at least two subordinates. According to the results, the rate of the valid questionnaire of supervisors collecting was 95%. 80 questionnaires which were issued to the supervisors all had been collected, but there were only 76 were valid questionnaire. And the rate of the valid questionnaire of subordinates collecting was 94.7%; there were 161 questionnaires were valid in the 170 questionnaires which were issued to all the subordinates. These questionnaires of this study were in duplicate. And the result of the analysis on these questionnaires were doing with the software, SPSS. The study was doing the analysis with the descriptive statistic, the correlation analysis and the regression analysis. And the results were as described below: 1.The team cohesion had been influenced in negative way by the differences between subordinate and supervisor’s the awareness of learning and the feedback of the development in the coaching leadership. 2.The team cohesion had positive influence on the job performance. 3.The job performance had been influenced in negative way by the negative way by the differences between subordinate and supervisor’s feedback of the development in coaching leadership.
