In recent years, Chunghwa Telecom Corp. has vigorously promoted the fiber-to-home (FTTH) policy. It is expected that the earlier ADSL will gradually be replaced network by optical fiber, owing to the copper cable is slowly unable to keep up with the current public needs in speed and transmission distance for broadband networks. Now the FTTH is the fastest to the speed of 1G, so the construction of optical cables has become a essential facility before the completion of all new housing projects. However, the early apartment or building was originally constructed with only copper cable equipment, and Chunghwa Telecom personnel needed to follow the old pipes. Only by re-laying fiber optic lines and installing new equipment can users improve the quality and speed of the network. For this reason, the technical level and service quality of the worker needs to be further improved. The study focuses on examining the causal analysis of the technical and professional skills of optic fiber broadband network for worker, the performance on work attitude of worker, and the management meaning of the importance of organizational recognition and satisfaction for Chunghwa Telecom Corp.
