A vertical wind turbine with a movable blade position design is proposed in this thesis, where its position is based on the instantaneous air volume. On the other hand, When the wind deflector is further considered, the output power of the vertical wind turbine is significantly different. Therefore, the influence of the position of the wind guide angle and the position of the movable blades can be easily observed. And the optimal wind turbine performance can be found. The variable frequency equipment is used to control the motor as the experimental wind source indoors. The wind meter can measure the experimental wind speed, and then the conversion circuit is used to measure the voltage and power output of the vertical wind turbine.
