臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究以各大專院校餐旅科系學生為研究對象，探討學生的學習滿意度因素是否影響職業自我概念與專業契合之關係。本研究於108年10月開始進行問卷調查，共回收351份問卷，扣除無效問卷30份，有效樣本共321份。研究分析採用敘述性統計分析、信度分析、相關分析及迴歸分析進行檢驗。研究結果如下:一、大專院校學生之學習滿意度因素對職業自我概念具有顯著關係；二、大專院校學生之職業自我概念對專業契合具有顯著關係；三、大專院校學生之學習滿意度因素對專業契合具有顯著關係。
學習滿意度因素之「課程安排」、「師資教學」、「學習環境與設備」、「學習成果」、「校外實習」、「職涯規劃」六構面對職業自我概念之「職業興趣」、「職業能力」、「職業價值觀」、「職業抱負」四構面具有顯著性，其中以「校外實習」對「職業興趣」最具顯著關係。而職業自我概念之「職業抱負」對專業契合之「專業自主」及「專業承諾」構面具有顯著性。在學習滿意度因素之「職涯規劃」對專業契合之「專業承諾」構面最具顯著關係。根據研究結果提出結論與建議，提供給學校、教師及學生方面之參考。

The study focuses on students from the hospitality management departments of various colleges and universities, in exploring the students’ learning satisfaction factors and whether it affects the correlation of their vocational self-concept and professional fit. The study has in October 2019 conducted a questionnaire survey, with 351 questionnaires recalled, and upon weeding out invalid 30 questionnaires, it has derived valid samples totaling 321 questionnaires. The was study analysis adopts the descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis to conduct the validation. The was study findings show that:
I. Colleges students’ learning satisfaction factors was significantly correlated to their vocational self-concept;
II. Colleges students’ vocational self-concept was significantly correlated to their professional fit;
III. Colleges students’ learning satisfaction factors was significantly correlated to their professional fit.
The learning satisfaction factors “class schedule”, “Teacher teaching” , “Learning environment and equipment” ,“learning result” ,“Off-campus internship” and “ occupational planning ” six constructs and the vocational self-concept “Career interests”, “occupational ability”, “occupational values” and “occupational aspiration” three constructs are significant, in which “Off-campus internship” is most significantly correlated to “Career interests”. While the professional fit “professional autonomy ” and “professional commitment” two constructs are significant, in which “occupational aspiration” is most significantly correlated. In learning satisfaction factors, “occupational planning” is most significantly correlated to professional fit “professional commitment”. Based on the study findings, a conclusion and recommendations are presented as references to schools, faculty and students.
