由於持續面臨的環境問題,如何降低環境帶來的負面影響並使公務機關永續發展更顯得重要。本研究係探討公務員職場靈性、自然連結感、環境意識、自主動機、組織認同、轉換型領導與環境組織公民行為之關係,並透過自然連結感、環境意識檢視職場靈性到環境組織公民行為之路徑,進而探究自然連結感中介兩者間的程度以及環境意識的調節效果,以作為公務機關推動公務員環境組織公民行為,以及往永續方向改革之實行方案與相關辦法之參考。
本研究以文獻探討為研究理論之基礎,建立各研究構面,並以我國公務員為研究對象,藉由量化問卷方式,以統計軟體SPSS進行資料分析與假設驗證,共計發放256份問卷,回收有效問卷250份,有效問卷回收率為97.66%。經統計分析證實後,歸納出以下研究結論:(一)職場靈性、自然連結感、自主動機、組織認同正向影響環境組織公民行為;(二)職場靈性正向影響自然連結感;(三)自然連結感中介職場靈性與環境組織公民行為之關係;(四)環境意識調節職場靈性與環境組織公民行為之關係。
Due to the continuous environmental problems, how to reduce the negative impact of the environment and make the sustainable development of government agencies are more important. This study explores the relationship between civil servants’ workplace spirituality, connectedness to nature, environmental awareness, autonomous motivation, organizational identification, transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior for the environment. And then it examines the path of workplace spirituality to organizational citizenship behavior for the environment through connectedness to nature. This thesis also explores the moderating effect of environmental awareness on the relationship between workplace spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior for the environment.
This study uses literature review as the basis to establish various research hypotheses, and it takes civil servants as the research objects. Both quantitative questionnaires and statistical software SPSS was used for data analysis and hypothesis verification. A total of 256 questionnaires were distributed and 250 valid questionnaires were returned. The effective response rate of the questionnaire was 97.66%. After statistical analysis confirmed, the following research conclusions are summarized: (1) workplace spirituality, connectedness to nature, autonomous motivation, and organizational identification positively affect organizational citizenship behavior for the environment; (2) workplace spirituality positively affects connectedness to nature; (3) connectedness to nature mediates the relationship between workplace spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior for the environment; (4) Environmental awareness moderates the relationship between workplace spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior for the environment.
