臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究旨在探討技術型高中動力機械群學生之自我導向學習、生涯決策自我效能與生涯調適力關係之研究。以108學年度技術型高中動力機械群學生為主要研究對象，並採立意抽樣，以網路問卷與紙本問卷進行研究，回收600份問卷，剃除32份無效問卷，有效問卷為568份，有效回收率95%。本研究結果如下：
一、 不同「性別」的學生在「問題解決」、「生涯決策自我效能整體」構面有顯著差異；不同「年級別」的學生在「目標選擇」、「問題解決」、「生涯決策自我效能整體」構面有顯著差異；不同「學校地理區域」的學生在「喜愛學習」、「自我導向學習整體正確自我評估計畫」有顯著差異；有無「工讀經驗」的學生在「主動有效學習」構面有顯著差異。有無「證照」的學生在、「問題解決」「生涯好奇」構面有顯著差異。
二、 「自我導向學習」對「生涯決策自我效能」具有正向影響作用。
三、 「生涯決策自我效能」對「生涯調適力」具有正向影
響作用。
四、 「自我導向學習」對「生涯調適力」具有正向影響作用。
五、 「生涯決策自我效能」在「自我導向學習」及「生涯調適力」間有部分中介的效果。
最後，依據研究結果提出提升學生生涯調適力之建議。

Abstract
　　The study aimes to explore the relationships among self-directed learning readiness, career decision making self-Efficacy, and career adaptability of students in power mechanical engineering group oftechnical senior high schools. The research sbjects include the students which enrolled in the high school power machinery in 2019 year. The study adopted, online questionnaires and paper questionnaires, investigation and 600 questionnaires were recoveredcollected by purposive sampling, 32 invalid questionnaires were scrapped, and 568 valid questionnaires were scraped. The effective recovery was 95%.
The results of this study are listed as follows:
1. The Students of different genders show significant differences in “problem solving” and “self-efficacy in overall career decision-making”; the students in different “grades” show significant differences in “target selection”, “problem-solving” and “self-efficacy in career decision-making” the students in different “school geographical areas” show significant differences in “loving to learn” and “overall self-assessment programs in autonomous learning”; the students with or without “work experience” differ significantly in “active and effective learning” the students with or without a "license" show significant differences in "problem solving" and "professional curiosity."
2. “Autonomous learning” has a positive effect on “self-efficacy of career decision-making.”
3. “Self-efficacy of career decision-making.” has a positive effect on "career adaptation".
4. "Autonomous learning" has a positive effect on
"career adaptation".
5. "Career decision-making self-efficacy" plays a
mediating role between "self-learning" aand "career adaptation"
Finally, according to the research results, suggestions for improving students' career adaptability are provided.
