本研究利用PID控制技術以引擎動力計模擬歐盟NEDC(New European Driving Cycle)駕駛循環和引擎進氣流率、廢氣排放溫度、黑煙、HC、CO、NOx等排放濃度即時量測。再經由類神經網路模擬使用20%轉酯化生質柴油使用於車輛在不同負載設計狀況,其NEDC駕駛循環之引擎黑煙、HC、CO、NOx等排放濃度。結果顯示在不同負載設計狀況下,本研究建立之歐盟NEDC駕駛循環和引擎進氣流率、廢氣排放溫度、黑煙、HC、CO、CO2和NOx等排放濃度即時量測具重現性。以生質柴油為燃料運行最高轉速扭力為1800rpm、80N-m之NEDC流程所排放之廢氣最少,又以減少黑煙排放量具有極佳的表現。而由類神經網路模擬之廢氣而言,方均跟誤差值約在0.2以下,具有相當高的準確度。由此可知以類神經網路來模擬廢氣與黑煙排放是具有可行性的。
This study using PID control to simulate the NEDC (New European Driving Cycle) with the dynamometer and measuring engine intake flow rate, exhaust emission temperature, opacity, HC, CO, NO and other emission. Then, using neural network to simulate opacity, HC, CO, NOx and other emission concentrations under different load of NEDC by using 20% transesterified biodiesel. The results shows engine intake flow rate, exhaust emission temperature, black smoke, HC, CO, NO and other emission concentration in this study are highly redoable under NEDC. Running NEDC with the maximum speed and torque as 1800rpm and 80N-m under 20% of biodiesel blended fuel, generate lowest emissions especially the smoke. For the artificial neural network of emissions simulated, root means quare error is under 0.2 that means it has a high accuracy. It can be seen that artificial neural network is doable for simulating exhaust emission.
