      本研究旨在編製諮商態度量表,以建構高級中等學校校長對心理諮商的態度。研究對象為全高級中等學校校長,預試樣本採分層比例隨機抽樣,正式樣本為全面性普查,預試人數 100 人、正式回收問卷 308 人。資料處理以 SPSS 與 AMOS統計軟體,進行項目分析、探索性因素分析、驗證性因素分析、獨立樣本 t 檢定、單因子變異數分析。
      依據有效資料統計分析結果,歸納研究發現結果如下:1.諮商態度量表之信效度:⑴量表共計 22 題,包括:心理諮商專業人員、接受心理諮商者、心理諮商專業關係、心理諮商專業知能、心理諮商內容、資源的可近性等六個層面。⑵量表內部一致信度 α 值為.902。六個測量層面的組合信度分別為:心理諮商專業人員.806、接受心理諮商者.807、心理諮商專業關係.762、心理諮商專業知能.873、心理諮商內容.826、資源的可近性.887,顯示量表有良好的信度。⑶量表效度以驗證性因素分析考驗建構效度、聚 效度、區辨效度,量表構念獲得支持,且符合理論。2.全國高級中等學校校長之諮商態度:⑴高級中等學校校長對心理諮商持正面態度,且積極認同於校內推行心理諮商服務。⑵不同學校屬性(公私立)、年齡、校長年資、區域之學校校長諮商態度無顯著差異。
      最後,依據研究結果,對於量表的應用與未來研究提供建議,以供給教育行政及心理諮商相關人員參考。
      The purpose of this study is to work out the Counseling Attitude Scale to evaluate the attitude toward psychology counseling among the senior high schools’ principals. Participates are the principals of all senior high schools in Taiwan. Samples (N=100) of pre-test were selected by stratified cluster sampling and formally responses (N=308) were collected in final census. Item analysis, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), independent-Samples T Test and ANOVA were applied with SPSS and AMOS.
      According to the analyzing results of valid data, the findings are as follows:1.Reliability and Validity of the Counseling Attitude Scales (CAS):(1) 22 items were included within six sub-scales (psychological counseling professionals, acceptance of psychological counseling, relationship between the psychologist and client, professional knowledge of psychological counseling professionals, content of psychological counseling, and resource accessibility). (2)The internal consistency reliability of the scale is .902. The composite reliability in each subscales are: .806 forpsychological counseling professionals, .807 for acceptance of psychological counseling, .762 for relationship between the psychologist and client, .873 for professional knowledge of psychological counseling professionals, .826 for content of psychological counseling, and .887 for resource accessibility, which demonstrated that the scale has good reliability. (3)The convergent and discriminant validity of the construct were found to be supported by confirmatory factor analysis and conforms to the theoretical basis. 2. Counseling attitudes of the senior high schools’ principals in Taiwan: (1) The principals of senior high schools have positive attitude towards psychological counseling and recognize the implementation of psychological counseling service within schools proactively. (2) There is no significant difference about the counseling attitude of school principals in different schools attribute (public and private), age, seniority, and region.
      At the last, based on the results, the research hopes to provide advices for the application of the scale and future research, so that to offer reference for the related personnel in educational administration and psychological counseling.
