目的:本研究探討海軍陸戰隊隊員睡眠剝奪在姿勢控制、主觀疲勞、反應時間和三項基本體能的差異。方法:招募16員男性海軍陸戰隊現役官兵,各員均有執行一般衛哨勤務及接受過國軍三項基本體能測驗經驗,平均年齡為23.44±1.86歲。於實驗當週分別睡眠剝奪2小時(凌晨00點至02點睡眠剝奪與凌晨02點至04點分別剝奪),各員在正常睡眠與睡眠剝奪後的早上起床後1小時進行姿勢控制、主觀疲勞、反應時間測試,下午實施三項基本體能測驗;姿勢控制以測力板紀錄研究參與者姿勢控制,主觀疲勞以斯坦福嗜睡量表來評估疲勞狀況,反應時間使用F.Talkin軟體測試單純反應時間,三項基本體能以國軍三項基本體能測驗規定及標準施測。統計分析使用單因子變異數分析睡眠剝奪後姿勢控制、主觀疲勞、反應時間、三項基本體能的差異,其統計顯著水準訂定為α= .05。結果:海軍陸戰隊員睡眠剝奪後,在注視與搜尋任務中身體前後擺動顯著大於無睡眠剝奪;主觀疲勞狀況睡眠剝奪後顯著大於無睡眠剝奪且不同時段睡眠剝奪也達顯著差異;睡眠剝奪對反應時間無顯著差異;三項基本體能方面,兩分鐘仰臥起坐運動表現狀況睡眠剝奪00-02點無顯著差異於睡眠剝奪02-04點,睡眠剝奪00-02點及睡眠剝奪02-04點顯著小於無睡眠剝奪;兩分鐘伏地挺身運動表現狀況睡眠剝奪00-02點無顯著差異於睡眠剝奪02-04點,睡眠剝奪00-02點及睡眠剝奪02-04點顯著小於無睡眠剝奪;睡眠剝奪對三千公尺徒手跑步無顯著差異。結論:海軍陸戰隊員睡眠剝奪會影響姿勢穩定、主觀疲勞狀況與基本體能的運動表現,未來海軍陸戰隊員在執行各項鑑測或勤務派遣等任務上,應多加以考量可是否執行夜間衛哨工作,以降低訓練與勤務派遣上的危安因素。
Objective: This study exploredthe effects of sleep deprivation on posture control, subjective fatigue,reaction time, and soldier physical fitness tests. Methods: A total of16 male members in the Republic of China Marine Corps were enrolled in thisstudy. Each of the participants had executed general duties as sentries andreceived Republic of China Basic Physical Fitness Assessment. The average ageof the participants was 23.44±1.86 years old. During the experiment, theparticipants were deprived 2 hours of sleep (00:00–02:00 or 02:00–04:00) daily.The participants received posture control, subjective fatigue, and reactiontime tests 1 hour after getting up with or without sleep deprivation. In theafternoon, the participants received Basic Physical Fitness Assessment. Forceplatforms were used to record the participants’ posture control. Stanford SleepinessScale was used to assess the participants’ subjective fatigue. F.Talkinsoftware was used to test the participants’ simple reaction time. The rules andstandards of Republic of China Basic Physical Fitness Assessment were employedto determine the three basic physical fitness scores of the participants;One-way analysis of variance was conducted to statistically analyze thedifferences between being and not being sleep deprived and between thedifferent time slots of sleep deprivation in terms of the posture control,subjective fatigue, reaction time, and basic physical fitness scores ofparticipants. The statistical significance level was set at α = .05. Results: The marine corps members whowere deprived of sleep had significantly greater AP body movement in gaze andsearch tasks compared those without sleep deprivation. The subjective fatigueof participants with sleep deprivation was significantly greater than thosewithout sleep deprivation. Significant difference was also observed in sleep deprivationin different time period. Sleep deprivation had no significant effect onreaction time. The number of two-minute sit-ups of participants deprived ofsleep at 00:00–02:00 was not significantly different from that of participantsdeprived of sleep at 02:00–04:00 and was lower than that of participantswithout sleep deprivation. The number of two-minute push-ups of participantsdeprived of sleep at 00:00–02:00 was not significantly different from that ofparticipants deprived of sleep at 02:00–04:00 and was lower than that ofparticipants without sleep deprivation. Sleep deprivation resulted in nosignificant difference in 3000-m bare hand running. Conclusion: Sleep deprivation of marine corps members affectedtheir posture stability, subjective fatigue, and basic physical fitnessperformance.
