本研究採質性研究之個案研究法,以半結構式深度訪談法深入訪談A公司到職近3個月之9位新進人員的適應狀況,與入職計畫的關係。
本研究結果驗證,在新進人員試用期間,以新進人員入職歷程其工作適應較受指導對象影響,希望藉由本研究之實證結果,提供管理者在管理策略上之參考應用。本研究針對新進人員的適應主要研究結果為:
1. 新進人員對於工作的熟悉度與主管、指導人員的入職指導態度有影響。
2. 新進人員對於傳統製造業應具備之工作與生活平衡的認知有影響。
3. 新進人員對於工作不適應的反應的介入時機。
This study adopts the case study method of qualitative research, and using semi-structured in-depth interviews to conduct in-depth interviews on the adaptation status of the 9 new employees in A corporation who has been employed in the past 3 months and the relationship with the onboarding plan.
The results of this research verify that during the probation period of new recruits, the job adaptation of new employees is more affected by supervisors or instructors. It is hoped that the empirical results of this research can provide managers with reference and application in management strategies. The main findings of this research on the adaptation of new employees are:
1. The familiarity of new employees with the job and the attitude of supervisors and instructors on entry guidance have an impact.
2. New employees have an impact on the work-life balance that traditional manufacturing should have.
3. Timing of intervention for new employees '' response to work unsuitability.
