過去關於價值創造的相關研究都圍繞在組織價值的創造上,尤其是企業於財務績效的表現,然而,企業對於社會的付出與所帶來的影響,亦被當今社會所著重並關注。本研究主要探討花食間手作作為社會企業,如何透過社會創新手法同時創造社會與組織價值?與如何使上述兩種價值達成正向循環,進而產生更強力的價值創造?本研究以「花食間手作」為單一個案研究對象,經由訪談經營者與消費者後,將資料蒐集彙整以進行質性研究分析。結果發現,企業透過社會創新手法來落實企業社會責任,加上於管理端利用管理創新營造良善的組織文化,並於行銷端建立正面口碑達成行銷傳播,不僅因品牌知名度與顧客忠誠度之提高,為獲利帶來增長,進而擴大社會影響力,更為企業同時創造社會與組織價值,最終利用上述兩種價值之正向循環,使企業無論於商業利益亦或於社會貢獻形成永續發展。
In the past, relevant research on value creation revolved around the creation of organizational value, especially the performance of enterprises in financial performance. However, the contribution and impact of enterprises to society have also been emphasized and paid attention to in today's society. This research mainly explores how Hua Shih Jian, as a social enterprise, creates social and organizational value through social innovation? And how to make the above two values achieve a positive cycle, and then generate stronger value creation? This research takes " Hua Shih Jian " as a single case study object. After interviewing operators and consumers, the data are collected and compiled for qualitative research and analysis. The results found that enterprises implement corporate social responsibility through social innovation, and use management innovation to create a good organizational culture on the management side, and establish a positive word of mouth on the marketing side to achieve marketing, not only because of the increase in brand awareness and customer loyalty to get the profits growth, and then expand social influence, create social and organizational value for the enterprise at the same time, finally use the positive cycle of the above two values, so that enterprises can form sustainable development in both commercial interests and social contributions .
