本文係以探討流行音樂製作,唱片工業中的一個區塊,錄音設備發展變革與Audio over IP傳輸協定分支,Dante技術發展在流行音樂製作運用的可行性,予以探討改善現行錄音室音訊傳輸距離及有限空間架設等限制,對現行錄音工程又有何影響?又該如何面對AoIP 音頻網路的新潮流,以及先進科技運用在流行錄音製作中是否有其影響錄音,是否能取代錄音線材將錄製流行音樂設備進行模組化,使得錄音更為便利?流行音樂製作從磁帶記錄到近代數位量化,站在虛實分水嶺中的錄音工業,已面臨過多次載體及改革。AoIP運用網路線連接器材設備,其特性可以跨建築、跨區域、即時同步等,否促使更豐富的錄音作品發表於流行音樂市場中。本篇論文將進行實作三種不同情境實驗,實驗一於國家音樂廳《烏貓歌唱團》,驗證Dante對於管絃樂團同步錄音時間壓力與距離測試。實驗二錄製流行音樂節目,並示範Dante如何解決錄影環境,樂器收音、樂手監聽、歌手、攝影機、導演等所需監聽聲音之需求。實驗三以行動錄音室、跨空間實驗,至樂手家中架設2個獨立收音空間與1個獨立監聽控制室,錄製呂尚霖專輯《都市笑話輯》一首歌曲,實踐異地行動錄音室架設,並將解決前兩者實驗中之缺失,進行問題解決。歸納分析出流行音樂製作中使用數位音樂科技AoIP的可行性。
This thesis is to discuss the production of popular music, which is a sector in the recording industry, and the development of recording equipment along with the branch of Audio over IP transmission protocol. Finally, the thesis focuses on Dante technology in terms of development in popular music production. What are the effects of restrictions such as limited space installation for the current recording projects? How to cope with the new trend of AoIP audio network? Does the application of advanced technology in popular recording production have its effect on recording process? Can recording wires be replaced and popular music recording equipment be modularized in order to make recording process more convenient?
Popular music production has gone from tape recording to digital quantification in recent times. The recording industry, which is in the watershed moment for recording process, has faced numerous media and reforms. AoIP uses network cables to connect different equipment, and its features can be cross-site, cross-regional, real-time synchronization, etc. Will AoIP be capable of enriching recording productions in the popular music market?
This paper will implement three different situational experiments. Experiment 1 will be conducted in the National Concert Hall "Taiwan Black Cats Live Concert" to verify Dante's simultaneous recording research in terms of time, pressure and distance test for orchestra.
Experiment II is to record popular music programs so as to demonstrate how Dante can solve the environmental recording issues, instrument reception issues, and fulfill the needs for sound monitoring requirement for cameras, musicians, singers, directors, etc.
Experiment III is to implement mobile recording studios and cross-space tests. The method is to set up two independent sound reception spaces and one independent sound monitoring control room in the musician's home, recording a song from Shanglin Lu album "Urban Jokes", and arranging mobile recording studios in different places. The errors in the first two experiments will be ironed out and the problem will be solved. In conclusion, the thesis summarizes and analyzes the feasibility of using digital music technology AoIP in popular music production.
