本研究借鑒社會認知生涯理論,探討臺灣與馬來西亞幼保系大學生心理資本、生涯自我效能與生涯調適力之間的關係。本研究依據研究目的,編制「幼保系大學生心理資本、生涯自我效能與生涯調適力調查問卷」進行施測,總共回收218 份有效問卷。後利用描述性統計、皮爾森相關分析、獨立樣本t 檢定與多元逐步迴歸分析進行驗證與分析。研究結果歸納如下:
一、幼保系大學生以「希望」、「自我評估」、「關注」層面知覺程度最高;
二、台灣與馬來西亞幼保系大學生的現況差異體現於「希望」、「目標選擇」和「自信心」,並且馬來西亞幼保系學生之知覺程度均顯著優於台灣幼保系學生;
三、幼保系大學生「心理資本」、「生涯自我效能」與「生涯調適力」有顯著中度正相關,並且以「自我評估」之相關程度最大;
四、幼保系大學生「心理資本」、「生涯自我效能」可正向預測「生涯調適力」,其中以「希望」、「自我效能」、「自我評估」與「韌性」層面之預測力最高,「自我評估」之預測力最全面;
五、台灣與馬來西亞幼保系大學生在「心理資本」、「生涯自我效能」對「生涯調適力」各層面之表現有顯著之差異
本研究的結果發現,提供兩國大學生生涯規劃之參考依據,並作為職涯諮詢與教學輔導的改進建議。
This study draws on Social Cognitive Career Theory to explore the relationship between Psychological Capital, Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy and Career Adapt-Ability among childcare major university students in Taiwan and Malaysia. Based on the research purpose, this study compiled the "Questionnaire on Psychological Capital, Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy and Career Adapt-Ability of Childcare Major University Students" for testing, and a total of 218 valid questionnaires were collected. Descriptive statistics, pearson's product-moment correlation, independent sample t test and step-wise multiple regression analysis were used for verification and analysis. The research results are summarized as follows:
1. Undergraduates from the childcare major university students have the highest level of perception of "hope", "self-appraisal" and "concern";
2. The differences in the current situation of the undergraduates in the childcare major between Taiwan and Malaysia are reflected in "hope", "goal selection" and " confidence", and the perception of the childcare major students in Malaysia is significantly better than that of the students in the childcare major in Taiwan;
3. The " Psychological Capital ", " Career Decision Making Self-efficacy " and "Career Adapt-ability" of childcare major university students have a significant and moderately positive correlation, and "self-appraisal" has the greatest correlation;
4. The "Psychological Capital" and " Career Decision Making Self-efficacy " of the childcare major university students can positively predict the "Career Adapt-Ability", among which the predictions are based on the levels of "hope", "self-efficacy", "self-appraisal" and "resilience" The highest power and the most comprehensive predictive power of "self-appraisal";
5. There are significant differences in the performance of "Psychological Capital", " Career Decision Making Self-efficacy" and "Career Adapt-Ability" between childcare major university students of Taiwan and Malaysia.
The results of this study found that it provides a reference basis for the career planning of college students in the two countries, and serves as an improvement suggestion for career counseling and teaching guidance.
