研究目的:本研究主要為驗證中文版活體器官捐贈者心理社會量表之信效度,探討探討人口學變項、復原力、社會支持、生理健康及心理健康之相關性以及探討中文版活體器官捐贈者心理社會評估量表在人口學變項組間的差異。研究方法:採橫斷面研究設計,以結構性問卷方式調查。研究對象:至北部某醫學中心進行活體肝臟移植捐贈評估之捐贈候選人為收案對象,共112名。研究工具:收集人口學資料、「中文版活體器官捐贈者心理社會評估量表」、「CHQ-12華人健康量表」以及「台灣簡明版世界衛生組織生活品質問卷」。統計分析:以SPSS 20.0進行統計分析,包含描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關法以及中文版活體器官捐贈者心理社會評估量表信效度檢測。研究結果:中文版活體器官捐贈者心理社會評估量表項目分析之CR值皆達到顯著的水準(p < .001),可有效的區分活體肝臟捐贈候選人之差異。中文版活體器官捐贈者心理社會評估量表除「病患健康調查問卷PHQ-2」與「人格標準化評估」量表的Cronbach’s α係數介於.6-.7之間略為偏低,其餘量表Cronbach’s α皆介於.8-.9,具有良好的內部一致性。專家效度CVI值1.0,具有良好的專家效度檢定。中文版活體器官捐贈者心理社會評估量表中「情感支持」、「醫療成效的實質支持」與台灣簡明版世界衛生組織生活品質問卷中的「社會範疇」達顯著正相關(r = .56,p < .001)、(r = .47,p < .001);中文版活體器官捐贈者心理社會評估量表中「PHQ-2」、「GAD-2」與台灣簡明版世界衛生組織生活品質問卷中的「心理範疇」達顯著負相關(r = -.55,p < .001)、(r = -.50,p < .001),中文版活體器官捐贈者心理社會評估量表中「復原力」與「CHQ-12華人健康」量表達顯著負相關(r =- .53,p < .001)。以上結果表示中文版活體器官捐贈者心理社會評估量表具有良好的信效度,期望本研究所建立良好的量表可以實際使用於活體器官捐贈者進行心理及社會評估時,客觀的輔助評估工具。
Research purposes: This study is mainly to verify the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the psychosocial assessment for living organ donors. This study discusses the correlation between demographic variables, resilience, social support, physical health, mental health, and the difference of the demographic variable groups of the Chinese version of the psychosocial assessment for living organ donors.Research method: Use the cross-sectional research design and structured questionnaire in the survey. Research subjects: A total of 112 valid questionnaires obtained from donation candidates of living liver transplantation in the medical center of northern Taiwan. Research tools: Collect the basic demographic data and "Chinese version of the Psychosocial Assessment Scale for Living Organ Donors", "CHQ-12 Chinese Health Scale" and " The World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale Concise Edition of Taiwan". Statistical analysis: This study uses SPSS 20.0 for a statistical analysis tool , including descriptive statistics, independent sample t-tests; Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient analyzes. And verify the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the psychosocial assessment for living organ donors. Research results: The CR values of the Chinese version of the psychosocial assessment for living organ donors have reached a significant level (p <.001), that shows the assessment can effectively distinguish the differences of candidates for living liver donation. The Cronbach's α coefficient of this assessment are between.8-.9, except for the "depression" and "personality Assessment" items are .6-.7 lower than others, that shows the questions of this assessment are consistency. And CVI value of expert validity is 1.0 and have good result. The "emotional support" and "substantial support for medical effectiveness" are positive correlation with "The World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale Concise Edition of Taiwan" (r= .56) , p<.001), (r= .47, p<.001);The "PHQ-2 " and "GAD-2 " are negative correlation with " The World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale Concise Edition of Taiwan" (r= -.55, p <.001), (r= -.50, p <.001).The "resilience" and "CHQ-12 Chinese Health" are negative correlation (r= -.53, p<.001).The above results show that Chinese version of the psychosocial assessment for living organ donors has good reliability and validity. I hope it can be a helpful tool to assessment the psychological and psychosocial of the living organ donation candidates
