為提昇玻璃基鑽石工具之性能,本研究在 鑽石工具 之 玻璃基 地相 中,加入不同 比例
之 奈米氧化鎂MgO、奈米氧化鈦TiO2以及奈米氧化鋯ZrO2等添加物 ,探討奈米添加物對於玻璃基鑽石工具之晶體結構、熱性質與機械性質之影響。添加的奈米粉末分別以混練及重熔方式加入基地相中,各種粉末試片先進行熱分析,試片燒結完成後再以X光繞射儀分析是否有新的結晶相出現,並進行各種機械性能試驗。此外也使用掃描式電子顯微鏡觀察鑽石粉末與玻璃之結合情形,並進行磨耗比測試,以了解不同比例奈米添加物對玻璃基鑽石工具試片性能之影響。
For improve the performance of the vitirfied bond diamond tools, various proportions of the nano MgO, nano TiO2, and nano ZrO2 were added to the glass matrix of the diamond tools. The influence of nano additives on the crystal structure, and mechanical properties of the vitrified bond diamond tools were discussed. The nano powders were added to the glass matrix by mixing or remelting. The various powders are first subjected to a thermal analysis. The sintered specimens were then preceding X-ray diffraction analyzes to confirm whether there are new crystalline phases formation, and various Mechanical properties test were also executed. In addition, a scanning electron microscope was used to observe the bonding between the diamond grits and vitirfied matrix, and a wear ratio test was performed to comprehend the effect of various nano additives on the performance of vitrified bond diamond tools.
