This study aimed to use eight weeks of physical education and Wednesday’s inter-class exercise time to divide the warm-up activities into two methods, jogging warm-up exercises and rope skipping warm-up exercises, to explore their effects on the physical fitness of junior elementary school children, and to compare these two Training effectiveness between groups. In this study, first-year students in Ximen Elementary School, Wanhua District, Taipei City were divided into 28 subjects in Experimental A (rope skipping warm-up group) and 28 in Experimental B (jogging warm-up group). The physical fitness was measured before and after the two groups. The scores were analyzed by the independent t-test, and the pre- and post-test scores of physical fitness in the two groups were analyzed by the dependent t-test. After discussing the results of this study, the following conclusions were reached: 1. The effect of rope skipping warm-up exercise on the physical fitness of elementary school children: Experimental group A (rope skipping warm-up group) of the standing long jump (muscle strength) after an eight-week experimental course, Sit-ups (muscle endurance), 800 meters (cardiopulmonary endurance) have made significant progress. 2. The effect of jogging warm-up exercise on the physical fitness of elementary and elementary school children: Experimental group B (jogging warm-up group) after eight weeks of experimental courses of standing long jump (muscle strength), 800 meters (cardiorespiratory endurance) both have made significant progress. 3. The effect of different warm-up exercises on the physical fitness of elementary school children: Experimental group A (warm-up group by skipping rope) has significantly better training effect of standing long jump (muscle strength) than group B (jogging warm-up group).
