因應國內外軍事體育課程身體素養教育革新趨勢,本研究旨在建構軍事學員身體素養評估指標及其多維度評估的情形,突顯其特殊性與核心價值,作為推動軍事體育訓練與後續發展參考。研究目的為:
一、建構軍事學員身體素養評估指標。
二、瞭解軍事學員對身體素養的認同度。
三、探討不同背景軍事學員對身體素養認同度的差異。
四、分析軍事學員身體素養評估指標之影響因素及權重。
五、分析軍事學員身體素養多維度評估認同度的分布情形。
本研究對象為國軍體育幹部師資培訓班軍事學員,研究工具為自編軍事學員身體素養「多維度評估層級分析調查問卷」及「多維度評估調查問卷」,有效問卷回收數為138份,回收率100%。本研究以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定與變異數分析、層級分析法、重要性績效分析等分析量化資料,另以主題式分析質性訪談資料。本研究結論如下:
一、軍事學員身體素養包括「認知、情意、技能」3個評估指標及12項評估因素。
二、軍事學員高度認同身體素養「認知、情意、技能」評估指標。
三、不同「性別、階級、教育程度、服務年資」軍事學員對身體素養的認同度無顯著差異。
四、軍事學員身體素養影響因素重要程度依序為:情意、技能、認知等3個評估指標;12項評估因素重要程度依序為:學習態度、正向態度、技能概念、技能原理、技能表現、策略運用、健康技能、生活技能、健康知識、運動知識、運動欣賞、健康覺察。
五、三維八象限評估軍事學員身體素養「認知、情意、技能」評估指標之認同度趨於集中且高於平均數,有效反應軍事學員身體素養多維度評估的整體分布情況。
根據研究結果,本研究提出具體建議,供軍事教育單位、軍事體育師資訓練推動及實施軍事學員身體素養教育之參據。

In response to the global trend of physical literacy educational innovation in military physical education programs, this study aims to construct indicators for assessing the physical literacy of military cadet’s and their multi-dimensional assessment situation, emphasize its specificity and core values, and be a reference for promoting military sports training and following development. The purposes of this study are described below.
1.To construct indicators for assessing the physical literacy of military cadet’s.
2.To understand the military cadet’s identification of physical literacy.
3.To explore the differences in the military cadet’s identification of physical literacy with different backgrounds.
4.To analyze the influencing factors and weights of the assessment indicators for the physical literacy of military cadet’s.
5.To analyze the distribution of the military cadet’s identification of physical literacy with the multi-dimensional assessment.
The target populations of this study are the military cadet’s of the National Army Sports Cadre Teacher Training Course, the research tools are the self-edited "Multi-dimensional Assessment AHP Questionnaire" and "Multi-dimensional Assessment Questionnaire" for the physical literacy of military cadet’s, and the research methods are to analyze the quantitative data with descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, analysis of variance, analytic hierarchy process, and importance-performance analysis. Otherwise, the qualitative interview data are analyzed by thematic analysis. The conclusions of this study are described as below:
1.The physical literacy of the military cadet’s includes 3 assessment indicators of "cognitive domain, affective domain, and psychomotor domain" and 12 assessment factors.
2.The military cadet’s highly identify with the physical literacy assessment indicators of "cognitive domain, affective domain, and psychomotor domain ".
3.There is no significant difference in the military cadet’s identification of physical literacy with different "genders, commissions, education background, and seniorities".
4.The order of importance of 3 assessment indicators of the influencing factors of physical literacy of military cadet’s is affective domain, psychomotor domain, cognitive domain; the order of importance of 12 assessment factors is learning attitude, positive attitude, skill concept, skill principle, skill performance, strategy application, health skills, life skills, health knowledge, exercise knowledge, exercise appreciation, and health awareness.
5.The identification of the assessment indicators of "cognitive domain, affective domain, and psychomotor domain" of military cadet’s of physical literacy tends to be concentrated and higher than average with the three-dimensional octant assessment, which effectively reflects the overall distribution of the multi-dimensional assessment of the physical literacy of military cadet’s.
According to the results, this study proposes concrete suggestions as a reference for the military education agencies, the promotion of military sports teacher training, and the implement of physical literacy education of military cadet’s.
