本研究旨在探討社會關懷對青少年霸凌行為的影響,社會關懷包含「關心他人福利」、「渴望與他人有所連結」、「遵循明確道德觀」和「遵從他人眼光和行為與社會規範」四個要素。研究中也將社會關懷作為中介變項,檢視目睹經驗、家人支持對青少年霸凌行為的發生可能性,最後整理研究結果,並統合結論及提出建議,以驗證社會關懷理論之觀點對青少年偏差行為的解釋,且提出防治青少年霸凌行為之相關政策與未來研究之方向。
本研究採次級資料分析,使用中央研究院所釋出的學術調查研究資料庫,謝意苹主持的研究計畫「網路惡勢力 : 青少年網路霸凌之多面向研究」(Cyberbullying among Adolescence in Taiwan)作為實證研究的資料來源。研究對象為國小五年級與國中三年的學生,以問卷調查及班級施測的方式蒐集資料,有效樣本共853人。
統計分析的二元羅吉斯迴歸分析(binary logistic regression)結果顯示,社會關懷中的「遵循明確道德觀」,若是程度愈高,霸凌行為的發生可能性愈低;其他因子中,「目睹經驗與否」的程度愈高,霸凌行為的發生可能性也愈高。且順序羅吉斯迴歸分析(ordinal logistic regression)的結果顯示,無論在網路或手機上以及校園或其他地方之情境中,當目睹經驗的次數愈多,霸凌行為的發生可能性就愈高。
依據研究結果,建議未來應多加注意青少年於校園、網路目睹到的霸凌行為,以防青少年相互模仿。對學生的防治霸凌之教育,應可加強青少年對霸凌行為的判斷準則、對於霸凌行為的覺察,使他們無論在實體或網路世界中皆遵循明確道德觀而不出現霸凌行為,並學習有效地協助被害者。由於本研究中無法完全驗證社會關懷理論的內容,希冀未來研究也可增加對社會關懷的探討。

This study aimed to investigate the effects of social concern on adolescent bullying perpetration, and effects of other factors, including witness experiences, and family support. The study also examined whether social concern mediated the relationship between witness experiences, family support and bullying behaviors.
The data were based on the database “Cyberbullying among Adolescence in Taiwan”, which were derived from “Survey Research Data Archive”. Samples
are 853 five grade elementary school and junior high school students in Taiwan.
The results indicated that if the higher level of follow certain moral intuitions, the lower likelihood of bullying perpetration. Besides, the higher level of witness experiences, the higher likelihood of bullying perpetration. The outcome of ordinal logistic regression revealed that the higher frequency of witness experiences on internet or cellphone or on campus and at other places, the higher likelihood of bullying perpetration.
In view of research results, strategies of preventing bullying and suggestions for future research are proposed. It suggests that prevention of bullying education may strengthen adolescents’ capability of discerning bullying behaviors and prevent bullying on the internet and reality world. Moreover, adolescents also need to learn how to effectively help bullying victims. Finally, due to data restraints, the current study can not look into all dimensions of social concern , future research could continue theoretical discussion.
