中小企業為節省大量的人力和成本、縮減作業工時，增加競爭力，並採相關的ERP系統進行導入或應用。標準化的軟體和系統無法滿足企業的需求，系統製造商及資訊技術也迅速開發更靈活、適應性更強的ERP系統，依各企業的性質，為其量身打造的調整和設計，達成各企業更加多樣化、快速的需求。全球化營運管理的數據與財務報表產出更需要在短時間內，獲得最精確的數據，做出正確的決策。若為解決門市交易及業務交易管理的必要條件、及縮短月結工作時間等。於SAP系統應用程序整合門市交易(POS系統)是能夠為這些問題提供解決方案的模組。
探討SAP與POS整合後能帶來的效益，期許能提供有類似需求的研究計畫做參考。從企業資源規劃的逐步實施中看出，準備模板、測試點項目、推出、業務規劃和整合到全面性的業務循環智能系統。透過POS系統與SAP系統整合，接收更新商品、價格資料或促銷方案，定時回傳給總部端SAP系統。當營業銷售點多、交易資訊流量相當大，並避免及預防門市人員無意或故意不遵守銷售標準操作程序。若管理者不能即時發揮實質性監督的相關功能，造成管理盲點。期許能夠在ERP系統與POS的整合下，能達成內部控制之效益。

Standardized software and systems can not meet the needs of enterprises. System manufacturers and information technology have also rapidly developed more flexible and adaptable ERP systems. According to the nature of each enterprise, they have customized adjustments and designs to meet the more diversified and rapid needs of each enterprise. The data of global operation management and the output of financial statements need to obtain the most accurate data and make correct decisions in a short time. If it is necessary to solve the necessary conditions for the management of retail transactions and business transactions, and shorten the working hours of monthly settlement, etc. The application integration of POS system in SAP system is a module that can provide solutions to these problems.
Discuss the benefits that can be brought by the integration of sap and POS, and hope to provide a research plan with similar needs as a reference. From the gradual implementation of enterprise resource planning, it can be seen that template preparation, test point project, launch, business planning and integration are integrated into a comprehensive business cycle intelligent system. Through the integration of POS system and SAP system, receive and update commodities, price data or promotion schemes, and regularly send them back to the SAP system at the headquarters. When there are many sales outlets and the transaction information flow is quite large.
It is necessary to avoid and prevent the salesmen from inadvertently or deliberately failing to comply with the sales standard operating procedures. If the manager can not immediately play the relevant functions of substantive supervision, resulting in management blind spots. It is expected to achieve the benefits of internal control under the integration of ERP system and POS.
