臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

自2019年起爆發新冠肺炎疫情(COVID-19)，在2020年疫情擴及全球，對於航空產業造成莫大影響，本研究以台灣虎航為例，採用PEST、SWOT與五力分析法，探討台灣虎航低成本航空之政治、經濟、社會和技術四大影響企業的主要外部環境因素進行分析，與優勢、劣勢、機會與威脅之企業內部評估準則，分析在疫情期間各種因應對策，與後疫情時代的營運策略探討，及採用專家訪談方式進行研究。主要研究問題如下：
(1) 新冠疫情對國際航空運輸市場之衝擊影響
(2) 後疫情時代全球航空產業轉型策略之發展趨勢
(3) 亞太與北美地區低成本航空的營運概況
(4) 台灣虎航面臨新冠疫情衝擊之因應措施
(5) 後疫情時代台灣虎航轉型策略之探索

Abstract
The outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic (COVID-19) since 2019 has spread to the world in 2020, which will have a great impact on the aviation industry. This study takes Tigerair Taiwan as an example and uses PEST, SWOT and Porter five forces analysis to discuss Tigerair Taiwan. Analysis of the four major external environmental factors that affect enterprises in low-cost airlines, political, economic, social and technological, and internal evaluation criteria of advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats, analyze various countermeasures during the epidemic, and the post-epidemic era. Operation strategy discussion, and the use of expert interviews to conduct research. The main research questions are as follows:
(1) Impact of COVID-19 on the international air transport market
(2) The development trend of the global aviation industry transformation strategy in the post-epidemic era
(3) Operational overview of low-cost airlines in Asia Pacific and North America
(4) Response measures for Tigerair Taiwan facing the impact of the new crown epidemic
(5) Exploration of the transformation strategy of Tigerair Taiwan in the post-epidemic era
