國軍近年來因兩岸局勢緊張、國軍任務加重、「募兵制」計畫的推行,國軍人員要在人力縮減的情況下人員的工作壓力與日俱增,本研究針對目前我國陸軍航空維護單位之工作壓力現況探討對工作價值觀之影響,發放線上問卷,以工作壓力之工作負荷、工作角色衝突2構面對工作價值觀之內在價值觀、外在價值觀、附加價值觀3構面探討其影響之關係。
本研究發放23份42題問題之線上問卷,衡量是採用李克特(Likter)7點尺度量表法,依照專家意見法專業人士(專家),提出多項具體的工作壓力與工作價值觀等項目,同時透過專家意見法研討、歸納整理出主要面向相對應的問項頻率,再依據頻率大小排序,以排序較高者越顯示出其重要性。
本研究綜合研究結果,獲得以下發現:
壹、 維保人員在工作壓力與工作價值觀以歸納頻率權重分析,呈現顯著影響。
貳、 在工作壓力-工作負荷對工作價值觀之影響中,以對內在價值觀之影響權重比例最高,其次依序是附加價值觀、外在價值觀。
參、 在工作壓力-工作角色衝突對工作價值觀之影響中,以對外在價值觀之影響權重比例最高,其次依序是內在價值觀、附加價值觀。
最後根據本研究發現及結論,針對人員之工作環境、經濟報酬等面向提出相關建議事項,以提高人員工作價值。

Recently, the national army has been tensed due to the tension between China and Taiwan. R.O.C Army's tasks are heavier. With the implementation of the conscription plan, the work stress of army personnel is increasing day by day when the manpower is reduced. In this study, the current situation of work stress in army aviation maintenance units was explored to explore the impact on work values, and an online questionnaire was distributed. The intrinsic values, extrinsic values, and additional values of work values were construed as two types of work stress, workload and job role conflict. 3 aspects to explore the relationship between its influence.
This study distributed 23 online questionnaires with 42 questions. The measurement was performed using the Likter 7-point scale method. In accordance with the expert opinion method, professionals (experts) proposed a number of specific work stress and work values and other items. At the same time, through the expert opinion method to discuss, summarize and sort out the frequency of the main-oriented corresponding questions, and then sort them according to the frequency, and the higher the ranking, the more important it is.
Combining the findings of this study, the following findings were obtained:
1. The work pressure and work values of maintenance personnel are analyzed by inductive frequency weight, showing a significant impact.
2. Among the influences of work stress and workload on work values, the influence on intrinsic values has the highest weight ratio, followed by additional values and extrinsic values.
3. Among the influences of work stress-job role conflict on work values, the influence of extrinsic values has the highest proportion, followed by intrinsic values and additional values.
Finally, according to the findings and conclusions of this study, relevant suggestions are put forward for the working environment and economic remuneration of personnel, so as to improve the work value of personnel.
