本研究的主要目的在探討臨床護理人員工作壓力及情緒智力與幸福感之相關性,採橫斷式描述性研究,以南部某地區教學醫院護理人員為研究對象,以方便取樣進行收案。研究工具包括:個人基本屬性、護理工作壓力源量表、情緒智力量表、中國人幸福感量表(簡短版)。共發出141份問卷,有效問卷回收率100%。資料以IBM SPSS Statistics 20統計軟體進行獨立樣本t-檢定、單因子變異數分析(One-way ANOVA)及皮爾森積差相關(Pearson Correlation)統計分析。
研究結果顯示:(1)臨床護理人員的工作壓力平均得分為52.47分(量表總分21-84分)(2)臨床護理人員的情緒智力平均得分為77.68分(量表總分16-112分)(3)臨床護理人員的幸福感平均27.15分(量表總分0-60分)(4)基本屬性在護理人員工作壓力有顯著差異的包括班別與護理工作總年資;在情緒智力有顯著差異的是性別,而在護理人員幸福感有顯著差異的則是工作科別 (5) 臨床護理人員工作壓力、情緒智力與幸福感無顯著相關性(6)臨床護理人員情緒智力與幸福感之相關係數為.460( p <.01),為顯著正相關。
根據研究結果提出對護理教育(包含學校、醫院)、護理臨床實務與護理行政管理及未來研究之建議。

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between job stress, emotional intelligence and well-being among clinical nurses. A cross-sectional study with convenient sampling survey was adopted to collect nurses’ opinions from a teaching hospital in southern Taiwan. A total of 141 questionnaires were distributed, and led to a 100% return rate. The descriptive analysis, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient were adopted in this study, and the following conclusions were made: 1. The average score of work stress of clinical nurses is 52.47 points ( range 21-84); 2. The average score of emotional intelligence of clinical nurses is 77.68 points (range 16-112); 3. The average well-being of clinical nurses is 27.15 points (range 0-60); 4. Nurses with the following backgrounds showed significant difference in job stress: working shift and years of nursing service; in emotional intelligence: sex; in well-being: working unit; 5. There is no significant relationship between job stress, emotional intelligence and well-being of clinical nurses; 6. There is a significantly positive correlation between emotional intelligence and well-being of clinical nurses. According to the results of the study, suggestions for related nursing education, nursing administration and further research are provided.
