In an era of rapid change and innovation of all things, innovation is an important driving force for industrial development and the key to sustained national economic growth. Innovation is the core element for enterprises to maintain competitiveness and sustainable operation. The same is true for the financial industry. In particular, the development of the financial market has a significant impact on the country's economic growth. It is an inevitable trend to promote financial innovation. However, when the country promotes financial innovation, the development of green finance is one of the main development axes of the country.
The homogenization of the banking industry in Taiwan makes it difficult for banking institutions to provide the same quality of service to retain customers. As a result, many banks are actively looking for ways to increase consumer loyalty. This trend has become a major challenge for the financial industry around the world. For a long time, green finance has received a lot of research attention, which can help the growth of corporate performance and environmental protection. This research mainly uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to explore the sustainable development trend of the green finance industry. The research results found that the key factors of green finance development are divided into three parts: corporate social responsibility, co-creation of value and green investment, and the sub-criteria is divided into eleven items. Including: process structure, operation system, financial management, use value, common system, customer interaction, employment of local residents, construction of environmental energy credit center, customer healthy financial management. The results of this study can help the banking industry to construct a basis for development under green finance.
