摘 要
隨著社會的發展與文明人們越來越重視外在形象,行動網際網路的普及化與興起美容美髮App的開發也順應而生。美容美髮App主要分為七種功能:線上預約時間、 效果預覽、社群交流平台、會員管理、Google導航、美容美髮資訊分享、優惠促銷推送。在網際網路化的大趨勢下美容美髮App的開發將徹底顛覆傳統美髮行業的營運模式與消費服務習慣。
本研究依研究的目的與架構設計問卷,問卷的內容參考了相關文獻進行問卷內容的初步設計,並經由52名美髮連鎖員工為調查對象作為前測,並再經多次修正之後,始成為正式的問卷。總計發放調查問卷300份,回收270份,共得到252份有效問卷,問卷回收率為93%。由上述分析的結果,分別針對App工具性與正面情緒之關係,正面情緒與持續性使用之關係,App工具性與持續性使用之關係,結果三個假設皆成立。H1:App工具性的使用對正面情緒呈顯著的正向影響假說成立。H2:正面情緒對持續性使用行為呈顯著的正向影響假說成立。H3:App工具性對持續性使用意願呈顯著的正向影響假說成立。
根據本研究結果,可以針對美髮傳統產業轉型,在App工具性的事前準備及使用後的影響提供幾項建議。在轉型執行前擬定完善計畫,針對可能的問題提出可行的方案與決策,確實執行轉型的計畫性,便能增加轉型所帶來的正面影響,所以完臻的計畫性轉型是有助於轉型的執行。App工具性使用後,當組織成員對持續性使用高時,應該會對於組織的政策較為認同並遵守,對於轉型會持較正面的態度,而持續性使用程度越高者,越能肯定組織的轉型,組織會更越容易達成轉型的目標。

ABSTRACT
With the development of society and civilization, people pay more and more attention to the external image, the popularization of the mobile Internet and the development of beauty and hairdressing Apps also follow. The beauty salon App is mainly divided into seven functions: online Appointment time, effect preview, community communication platform, member management, Google navigation, beauty salon information sharing, and promotion and promotion. Under the general trend of Internetization, the development of beauty and hairdressing Apps will completely subvert the operation mode and consumption service habits of the traditional hairdressing industry.
This study designed a questionnaire according to the purpose and structure of the research. The content of the questionnaire was based on the relevant literature for the preliminary design of the questionnaire content, and 52 employees of the hairdressing chain were surveyed as the pre-test. After several revisions, it became a formal 's questionnaire. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed and 270 were recovered. A total of 252 valid questionnaires were obtained, and the questionnaire recovery rate was 93%. According to the results of the above analysis, the three hypotheses are all established for the relationship between App instrumentality and positive emotion, the relationship between positive emotion and continuous use, and the relationship between App instrumentality and continuous use. H1: The hypothesis that App instrumental use has a significant positive effect on positive emotions is established. H2: The hypothesis that positive emotions have a significant positive effect on persistent use behavior is established. H3: The hypothesis that App instrumentality has a significant positive effect on persistent use intention is established.
According to the results of this study, several suggestions can be provided for the transformation of the traditional hairdressing industry, the pre-preparation of the App tool and the impact after its use. Before the transformation is carried out, a complete plan is drawn up, feasible plans and decisions are put forward for possible problems, and the planned implementation of the transformation can increase the positive impact of the transformation. Therefore, a perfect planned transformation is helpful. on the implementation of the transformation. After the App is used as a tool, when members of the organization have high continuous use, they should agree with and comply with the organization's policies, and have a more positive attitude towards transformation. The higher the degree of continuous use, the more certain the organization's transformation, the organization will more easily achieve the goal of transformation.
