隨著科技時代之來臨,省時、零接觸交易、方便、快速為現今社會中消費者之需求,電子支付之出現為現下新興支付方式,使用電子支付之消費者也日漸增加,而在電子支付中除了電子票證,電子錢包等原先支付方式;目前較新穎之電子支付方式為穿戴式電子支付方式,在有一定限制之金額額度下,穿戴式電子支付方式可免除解鎖臉孔或是密碼支付之繁瑣步驟,只要將穿戴式裝置感應在商家支付平台上就能完成支付動作,且在新冠肺炎疫情下,穿戴式電子支付方式能比行動電子支付方式之零接觸交易較為迅速、方便。因此,穿戴式電子支付方式能達到現今消費者之需求,也成為現下消費者會使用之付款方式之一。
在2015年是開啟穿戴式手錶、手環之一年,各家品牌開始推出自家之穿戴式手錶手環希望在市場上能有一席之地,而美國蘋果公司也順這項趨勢將Apple Watch第一代正式亮相在市場中。根據數據分析公司Canalys、IDC統計,Apple Watch之出貨量從一開始推出便受到市場喜愛,到現在其銷售率不僅正在成長中,其規模在穿戴式電子支付市場中也持續深受消費者喜愛。
本研究先藉由透過以文獻評析法之方式,來了解電子支付方式中之穿戴式電子支付之相關定義及應用,以及在穿戴式支付中較為熱門產品-Apple Watch之發展歷史,最後,再找出消費者選擇之關鍵因子。並以消費者之思考角度設計專家問卷,收集完並剃除無效問卷後,運用層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)了解哪些關鍵因子是消費者會在使用Apple Watch進行電子支付時候所選擇。本研究期望在結果能對於穿戴式電子支付之使用上能夠更為了解,並能提供穿戴式電子支付產業及相關行銷公司推廣建議。

With the advent of the era of technology, time-saving, zero-contact transactions, convenience, and speed are the needs of consumers in today's society. The emergence of electronic payment is an emerging payment method, and the number of consumers using electronic payment is also increasing. In addition to the original payment methods such as electronic tickets and electronic wallets, the newer electronic payment methods are wearable electronic payment methods. Under a certain limited amount, wearable electronic payment methods can be exempted from unlocking the face or paying with passwords. Cumbersome steps, as long as the wearable device is sensed on the merchant's payment platform, the payment action can be completed, and under the new crown pneumonia epidemic, the wearable electronic payment method can be faster and more convenient than the zero-contact transaction of the mobile electronic payment method. Therefore, the wearable electronic payment method can meet the needs of today's consumers, and it has become one of the payment methods that consumers will use today.
In 2015, the year of the launch of wearable watches and bracelets, various brands began to launch their wearable watches and bracelets in the hope of gaining a place in the market, and Apple in the United States followed this trend with the first generation of Apple Watch. officially debuted in the market. According to the statistics of data analysis companies Canalys and IDC, the shipments of Apple Watches have been loved by the market since its launch, and now its sales rate is not only growing, but its scale has also continued to be loved by consumers in the wearable electronic payment market.
This study firstly uses the method of literature review to understand the definition and application of wearable electronic payment in electronic payment methods, as well as the development history of Apple Watch, a popular product in wearable payment. key factors in consumer choice. Expert questionnaires were designed from the perspective of consumers. After collecting and shaving invalid questionnaires, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to understand which key factors consumers would choose when using Apple Watch for electronic payment. This study expects to gain a better understanding of the use of wearable electronic payment from the results, and to provide recommendations for the wearable electronic payment industry and related marketing companies to promote.
