肌肉骨骼不適是常見職業疾病,護理人員肌肉骨骼不適盛行率為65.5%-85.9 %,以頸、肩及下背部為多數。過度使用肌肉,會造成肌肉纖維或肌筋膜受傷,產生酸、痛、麻、無力症狀,影響護理人員身心健康狀況及工作成效。因此,本研究探討透過網球按摩及按壓肌肉觸痛點緩解緊繃肌筋膜,減輕肌肉疼痛的影響,研究目的:1.描述護理人員肌肉骨骼不適症狀及緩解疼痛自我效能之現況;2.探討網球按摩緩解護理人員肌肉不適及提升緩解疼痛自我效能之成效。本研究為類實驗單組前後測設計,以地區教學醫院36位頸肩背有一處以上疼痛之護理人員為研究對象,用「疼痛視覺量表」及「緩解疼痛自我效能量表」進行前測,介入「打擊疼痛」教學,提供網球按摩影片、示教指導單及學習記錄單,第一周教學結束立即進行第一次後測,第二周、四周進行第二、三次後測。研究結果發現,身體疼痛分布以肩部最多,其次為頸部、上背部及下背部;疼痛部位與測驗時間交互作用有顯著差異,頸、肩及背部疼痛皆有改善,第三次後測改善最佳,前測與第三次後測方案結束,具顯著統計差異(t=-10.25;p<.001)。緩解疼痛自我效能,四次重複測量(F53.492;p<.001),達統計顯著差異,事後比較,前測最低,後測三最高。顯見打擊疼痛方案確實可改善護理人員頸、肩及背疼痛情形及提升緩解疼痛自我效能。
Musculoskeletal disorders are common occupational disease. The prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders for nursing staff is 65.5%-85.9%, with shoulders, neck and lower back as the majority. Excessive use of muscles can cause muscle fiber or myofascial injuries, resulting in symptoms of acid, pain, numbness, and weakness, and affect the physical and mental health and work performance of nursing staff. purpos: 1. To understand the status of musculoskeletal disorders and self-efficacy for nursing staff; 2. To explore the effectiveness of tennis massage on the musculoskeletal disorders and Pain relief self-efficacy for nursing staff. This study is a single-group pre- and post-test study design. Which is sampling for 36 nurses in regional teaching hospitals with more than one pain in the neck, shoulders and back were used as the research objects. The "Visual Analogue Scale" and "Pain Relief Self-Efficacy Scale" were used for pre- testing . Teaching "Beat Pain", providing tennis massage videos, teaching instruction sheets and learning record sheets. Findings: In the body pain the shoulders were the most distributed, followed by the neck,upper back and lower back.There was a significant difference in the interaction between the pain location and the test time. The neck, shoulder and back pain all improved, and the third post-test improved the best. The pre-test and the third post-test,with a statistically significant difference (t=-10.25; p <.001). Pain relief self-efficacy, four repeated measures (F53.492; p<.001), reached a statistically significant difference, post-hoc comparison, the pre-test was the lowest, and the post-test was the highest. It is evident that the pain management program can indeed improve the neck, shoulder and back pain situation and improve the pain relief self-efficacy of the caregivers.
