This study is based on the area under the jurisdiction of the Siping Division of the Eighth Disaster Relief Brigade of the Taichung City Government Fire Bureau, including Beitun District and surrounding areas include Xitun District, Daya District, Tanzi District, etc. There were more than 300 motorcycle accidents from January to May. Cases of emergency rescue are used as a research sample and integrated into database to establish a motorcycle accident rescue information system and time period analysis. Combined with Google cloud computing to provide Taichung City Government Fire Department emergency rescue technicians, they can use their mobile phones to query the motorcycle accident rescue information management system for the location, allergy history, trauma treatment, time period, cardiopulmonary resuscitation treatment breath, suction treatment, past Medical history, other treatments, gender, dispatched ambulance operations, motorcycle accident rescue information; motorcycle accident rescue information are analyzed and aggregated in detail according to the time-related data table and other items. After researching and building a complete motorcycle accident rescue information system database, the ambulance technician can more easily understand the correlation between the motorcycle accident rescue time and the characteristics of the accident type through this management system, and quickly make corrective actions. The education and training of emergency rescue technicians is strengthened based on the analysis results, so that the injured can avoid secondary injuries. It can also be used as an administrative reference for the Taichung City Government Fire Department to facilitate the daily increase in ambulance duties.
