Since the 1960s, Taiwan has transformed from agriculture to industrial development, creating the "Taiwan Economic Miracle". In particular, traditional manufacturing plants are facing new challenges such as "global competition", "shortening of product life cycle", "diversification of customized demands", "increase in labor costs", "increase in raw material costs", and "energy uncertainty". Therefore, management transformation is a necessary and essential issue for the traditional manufacturing industry in order to survive in the future and be competitive. In order to survive and be competitive in the future, we take traditional manufacturing companies as the target of our case study, and transform from the kingly governance of "the founder alone" to the rule-of-law management of "the system".
