Semiconductors play an important role in the world. With the rapid development of science and technology and the improvement of people's living standards, chips are widely used in aerospace, smart phones, automatic control, transportation, automobiles, electric vehicles and mobile phones. The purpose of the research is to establish a mask management pick-and-place system to simplify the entire mask pick-and-place process and save the wasted time in the operation of the mask pick-and-place process. The RFID reading technology replaces the manual reading action with a barcode machine, and adopts the ECRS analysis principle. The risks and unnecessary actions that the operator will generate when taking and placing the photomask. After problem analysis and data collection, there are system factors, environmental factors and human factors, which are arranged in order according to the size of the risk, and finally the operation mode of the current personnel. Cancel, merge, rearrange, simplify to reduce waste and improve labor efficiency. Since there is less experience in introducing masks into RFID in wafer bumping process, the results of this study show that in terms of operation time, each time can be shortened by about 13 seconds, and this result can be used as a reference for the industry. There is even more room for optimization in the industry.
