在全民健保的蓬勃發展下,護理已儼然成為一種服務業,護理人員必須給予病人優質的護理照護品質以及良好的服務態度,但台灣護理人力不足的問題仍日趨嚴重,截至2021年9月,根據中華民國護理師護士公會全國聯合會的統計,我國領有護理師、護士執照總人數約30.2萬人,但執業登記人數僅18萬人,執業率不到六成 (59.3%),與美國 (84.8%),加拿大 (94%) 的執業率相比,相差甚鉅。因為護理人員不只需要遵守醫院各種規範,也需面對不尊重護理人員的病人、家屬,種種因素也將使得護理人員工作壓力升高,並產生內在情感與外在表現不一致的現象,而當面對壓力或挫折無法自我調適時,將加重護理人員的情緒耗竭感,並使其自我效能、生活品質低下。
護理人員的工作壓力及生活品質一直都是大家所探討的問題,而本研究以恆毅力出發點,藉由自我效能的主觀經驗,了解受試者的工作壓力及情緒耗竭的嚴重度,以及對於自我生活品質的看法。
本研究樣本以醫院職場工作者為主,採用線上問卷調查方式,採取200份問卷,並使用SPSS 20.0作資料統計分析,根據研究結果顯示:(1) 恆毅力對自我效能具有正向影響;(2) 自我效能對情緒耗竭不具影響;(3) 自我效能對工作壓力具有正向影響;(4) 工作壓力對情緒耗竭具有正向影響;(5) 情緒耗竭對生活品質具有負向影響;(6) 工作壓力對生活品質具有正向影響;(7) 恆毅力對生活品質具有正向影響。本研究根據結論,將提供相關建議給後續研究之個人與醫院組織
With the vigorous development of national health insurance, nursing has become a service industry. Nursing personnel must provide patients with high-quality nursing care and a good service attitude. However, the problem of insufficient nursing personnel in Taiwan is still becoming more and more serious. As of September 2021, according to the statistics of the National Federation of Nurses and Nurses Associations of the Republic of China, the total number of licensed nurse practitioners and nurses in our country is about 302,000, but the number of registered practitioners is only 180,000, and the practice rate is less than 60% (59.3%), compared with the practice rate in the United States (84.8%) and Canada (94%), which is a huge difference.
Because nurses not only need to abide by various hospital norms, but also need to face patients and family members who do not respect the nurses. Various factors will also increase the work pressure of nurses, resulting in the inconsistency between internal emotions and external performance. Failure to self-adjust to stress or setbacks will aggravate the emotional exhaustion of the nursing staff and lower their self-efficacy and quality of life.
Nursing staff’s work stress and quality of life have always been discussed by everyone. Starting from grit, this study uses the subjective experience of self-efficacy to understand the severity of the nursing staff’ work stress and emotional exhaustion, as well as their self-efficacy and self-efficacy, and views on quality of life.
The samples of this study are mainly nursing staff working in hospitals. The online questionnaire survey method is adopted, 200 questionnaires are taken, and SPSS 20.0 is used for statistical analysis of data. According to the research results: (1) Grit has a positive impact on self-efficacy; (2) Self-efficacy has no impacts on emotional exhaustion; (3) Self-efficacy has a positive impact on work stress; (4) Work stress has a positive impact on emotional exhaustion; (5) Emotional exhaustion has a negative impact on quality of life; (6) Work stress has a positive impact on quality of life; (7) Grit has a positive impact on quality of life. Based on the conclusions of this study, recommendations will be made to individuals and hospital organizations for follow-up studies.
